I am considering other options in Grapevine!
I've been staying at this hotel for the past five years when visiting family in the U.S. This time, however, I noticed a significant decline in the property's condition, along with a lack of supervision and maintenance in the rooms.
My bathroom had several issues: the tub wouldn't drain, the shower head sprayed water everywhere, and the toilet sometimes malfunctioned, causing leaks and a lot of noise. There was a shortage of towels, and the soap dispenser was empty. The sofa bed also didn't have any bedding, and there was no bathmat.
Although I reported these problems to the front desk, it took a long time for anyone to address them. This slow response suggests a lack of staff. Another issue was the lack of daily housekeeping, which made the experience feel more like staying at a motel. I was quite uncomfortable and am now considering staying at the Hyatt Place or SpringHill Suites next door for my future visits.
