Nice enough to stay for the nights, good location, wasn't too far from the city centre and San Siro. Would recommend staying. Only downfall, the walls are thin so you can hear other occupants quite easily.

I went to milan for the football had a great time at in the city and at the hotel. Except for when we were leaving i asked the receptionist to get us a airport transfer and me and my friend got absolutely scammed got charged 70 euros for a taxi i am convinced that the hotel works with certain taxi driver to make money off you. Bare in mind i spent 30 euros on a taxi when i got to the airport to the hotel. I understand sometimes for a airport transfer that there is some sort of fee but a 40 euro difference is ridiculous.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was limited and service staff were not overly friendly to the Brits. Easy enough to get around, trains trams and buses all accessible. Bar was advertised but not open during our stay which we didnt find out until arrival. Hotel was noisy most of the time and tv was intermittent, tea and coffee in rooms but no milk provided.

Awful, we were given our key card and went up to the room. Walked in and walked straight back out. The place was completely run down. The power cut 3 times while we were in the room, no power slot for the key card like most hotels. The room was nothing like what we had booked and what was on the pictures, no window (fake window) even know it says view. Stains everywhere and very dirty. Bedding look awful. Didn’t even bother trying it as knew it would give me back problems all weekend. Poor location, not advertised correctly. Do not use this place as it was a lie. We want a full refund as we didn’t stay in the place. Will show pictures of our room and what we were meant to have.

Das Hotel ist doch recht in die Jahre gekommen und in einem schlechteren Zustand, als die Bilder suggerieren. In meinem Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht, das Bett war nur 1,80m lang, sodass meine Füße unten hinaushingen, eine Steckdose hing aus der Wand und der Safe machte durchgehend eigenartige Brummgeräusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher spartanisch. Für zwei Nächte ging es, nochmal buchen würde ich das Hotel aber nicht.

O hospede nao tem controle do ar condicionado, o hotel disponibiliza o ar condicionado apenas durante algumas horas, deixando o quarto terrivelmente quente, mesmo durante o verão. Essa informação não tinha sido disponibilizada pelo Hoteis.com. Fiz o checkin e 4h depois, quando descobri, fiz o checkout. O atendente mentiu dizendo ser lei da Italia e não fizeram o reembolso. O Hoteis.com também não se responsabilizou pela falta de informação em seu site.

We had two rooms for two nights though we only managed to stay one night as had to check in to another hotel our experience was so bad. The photos are not true. Right from the start we experienced a rude man at reception. The aircon didn’t work in both rooms, doors banging throughout the night our door not locking properly so we had to barricade the door with bags. When we complained there was no help so we just left and booked another hotel

Good hotel, but don’t expect a working AC

A lot of good things about this hotel, but there was one major issue we had, and that was the AC. Not sure if this was a problem in our room, but after talking to the workers, it seems like this was a known issue. The AC worked but was really REALLY slow and was very weak. Not having proper AC during summer in milano is a huge problem. Other than that, the hotel does its job. Beds are really comfy, the room looked alright and the cleaning was good. I don’t like the overall look of the hotel, especially the lobby. First impression was that this looks like a library not really much to complain on except for the AC. It was still a good stay and location was nice!

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war klein und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sehen schon etwas älter aus, aber es war alles sauber. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat waren die dünnen Wände. Man konnte seine Zimmernachbarn sehr deutlich hören. Zwei Mal ist aucht nachts der Feueralarm für eine kurze Zeit angegangen. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Ins Zentrum fährt man am besten mit der Straßenbahn. Die Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke.

Séjour fantastique. C est une superbe ville de plus l hôtels est bien positionné proche des trams. Les réceptionnistes ont été super accueillant, car on a pu laisser nos affaires à l hôtel et revenir les cherchées plus tard. Les gens sont super accueillant et te vienne en aide si besoin. Je recommande vivement.
