Concert night in Chesterfiled

The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as any other hospitality staff we encountered! Sadly, the shuttle they advertise that runs to the Factory for local concerts and events was down. Maybe call ahead if you want to utilize or just arrange and uber. Also, our conditioner was out in our room. Other than that clean, comfy and a good breakfast!

The room and bathroom were nice and roomy. The TV was nice and had a lot of channels and movies to choose from. Our fridge was noisy though. The bed was very firm and the pillows were too soft. Staff was very friendly.

Wifi is extremely slow, so if youre looking to stream or do any kind of video work, good luck. The beds are very very firm, would reccomend bringing a blanket as theirs are very uncomfortable and a weird texture. Breakfast offerings are mid. Hard boiled eggs were a huge plus though. Decently priced though, you get what you pay for i suppose.

Family Meet but no Greet!

Great hotel. Loved cookies and water at check in. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are being redone so in great shape. Did notice already a couple of stains on comforter.
