Nice place, no complaints of the hotel. However, it’s right across from “Old Town” amusement park, with all the noise and traffic (streets closed) that go along with it. Will find someplace else. Add 2 stars if you like walking to the amusement park!

The minute I walked in I was greeted by Adolfo very nice respectful man we went there cuz we had a death in the family and he was able to accommodate us by giving us a early check-in due to the fact that we were driving for 4 and 1/2 hours and needed some rest before we went to the wake I want to give out a shout outs and kudos to that gentleman Adolfo

Hidden Gem in Kissimmee

It was amazing and relaxing,this hidden gem is definitely one I will be staying at when I'm visiting Orlando. Room was comfortable and clean,was able to a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were all nice and knowledgeable. Only place I have stayed that the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours,with 10 pm to 8 am quiet time. Old Town is right next to the resort, literally walking distance. The only concern I had was parents were allowing the children ( under 12) get in the spa with no parent supervision.
