There was no room available for me. I was told by desk staff that Expedia never informed them of my reservation. I did not find this out until check-in at the property at 10 pm, and had to find another hotel room very late and night with almost no options.

Our room was full of flies and roaches. As well as tons of dead flies all over the dirty floor. We did not feel comfortable staying, and left. It was a huge disappointment as we had just arrived about 10:30pm and were quite tired. We had stayed at other extended stay americas before and they were ok.

Great stay, parking was a bit in short supply had to park a bit away from the room. Which sucked cause it was rather rainy. Room was super clean and staff was wonderful.

For a cheap easy stay, if you’re not going to be in your room, this is fine. Otherwise, avoid. The bathroom door was off its hinges, the room had obviously been smoked in, and people were smoking outside the rooms despite the signs saying it was prohibited. It was very bright at night and the shower did not drain. It felt clean enough, and was what I needed on this particular budget - just not a place I would want to stay again.

Checked in, my room was downgraded to a pull out with no price adjustment after my reservation had been made for months. Got to the room, and it was NASTY. It was a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. Blood on the sheets and glass, pills, and dead bugs in the pull out bed. The pull out bed which ended up being broken and cutting my friend with rusty exposed wire upon opening. We contacted the desk, there were no replacement beds or linens. So we waited a couple hours for replacement linens (930 pm) and the three of us squeezed into the full bed because the couch bed was broken. After all of this, obviously I contacted customer service for a refund THREE TIMES THREE DIFFERENT WAYS I still have not received a reply. This stay was at the beginning of July.

Buggy
Rooms were terrible and had bugs in them. We checked out immediately and went to the Hampton Inn which was wonderful!

Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with an unpleasant smell. We then noticed how dirty the room was. I decided right then that we would not stay. I left my keys and left. I later tried to get a refund, but the property would not refund even one of the nights. I included pictures of how dirty the room was. I do not recommend this hotel!!

This was our first and last time staying here. The room was dirty and the floor had not been cleaned. Our feet were black after walking on it. Found a used condom and pubic hair on floor and hair in the bed. Saw several cockroaches and had to get one off my son while he was sleeping. The room had a small kitchen but no cooking utensils, pots or pans and the stove didn't work anyways. The only good thing was the front desk staff was really friendly.

Terrible place to stay
I had to wait nearly 10 minutes to check in- no line - just no one at the front desk.
Room was filthy. Floors were dirty and had a bad smell (almost like cigarettes).
Breakfast - big lie. Nothing worth eating

Bed were clean and comfortable. the room was clean and the kitchen was handy to have. Some of the furniture was pretty waren in places (dinning room table and counter tops.) But other wise it was great for an emergency stay.

Two complaints - one for Expedia who booked us a room the hotel didn’t have, the other for the property who didn’t let us know our reservation had been canceled til we went to check in 1030pm after a long day of ball tournaments. The hotel claimed to not have my phone number to let us know our reservation had been canceled when it was CLEARLY listed on the cancellation paperwork given to me by the front desk clerk. You can imagine the trouble we had finding another room remotely close when the whole town KC was hosting multiple ball tournaments, etc. We will NOT be using Expedia for anything anymore. Not flights, not hotels, nothing.

Don’t waste your time
After calling for an early check in we arrived to check in with the room not ready. We were told it would be 30-45 minutes so we went to eat. Came back waited another 30 minutes to be given our keys with the maid still in our room. We just needed 15 minutes to drop things off and freshen up so the maid was nice enough to let us do that. When we returned several hours later we didn’t have a shower curtain nor any extra toilet paper that was almost gone. Called the front desk to request it be put in our room as we were headed out to dinner. Person on the phone was very short and rude about my requests. Arrived back to our room several hours later to have nothing placed as requested. Walked to the front desk where we dealt with the same lady on the phone whose attitude was just the same. Made us feel like our requests were interrupting her as she had NO customer service what so ever. Got back to the room having to hang our own shower curtain, which was not the issue, to find out our TV didn’t work as our remote fell apart picking it up. Our white towels were brown from walking on the floor so we had to keep a towel on the floor for cleanliness of our feet. We were booked at this hotel for a total of 4 weekends due to baseball for which I quickly cancelled.
