Was not aware that there is valet only parking and that there was a very high charge for that as my vehicle stayed in the main pull up area all night as I had to leave at 5:20 and there is no valet service before 6:00 am I made several attempts to turn the TV on and it was not working. That was disappointing.

Dont go there

Awful, 40 min to check in because of many confusion with the guests ahead of us just to get to our turb and hear from Patricia that she has given our room to someone else but she was not sure so would have to go and check if there was someone on the room, HUGE MESS! Bad manners, just saying I apologize but would bot speed up . All the guests frustrated. Didn’t lbow if the rooms had a lake view or not. Just unbelievable. Felt like I threw my money on rabish. Dont go there. Breakfest comes in boxes, no diahes, fruits were not fresh. Room was dirty with something spelled all ive the TV cabinet. The door was broken and unless you aply real force you don’t close it . Will never go back.

i loved my stay here-the location is perfect-walk to great bars and restaurants the hotel is lovely and the staff is fantastic i will stay here again my only small complaint is my room was a little musty and it may be because it is pet hotel-the bed is not super comfy but that was ok room very small however i can overlook all that because overall GREAT place!
