I would not recommend this property‼️ When walking to our first room the floor was flooded. When we got to the room first given the room was already preoccupied. We walked in while people were sleeping which was very dangerous. We let the staff know they assigned another room when getting to this room we pulled the covers on the bed back and there was hair all in the bed. We informed the staff of this issue they came and took pictures and switched our room again. By this time being aggravated and finding out the air conditioning was not working we just excepted it to sleep for the night with it being late and being on the road for hours we were just ready to lay down and rest. The next morning I asked for a refund which they refused to give at first until I called Expedia. They ended up giving us our money back then we had to search for another room messing up our plans for our anniversary for the day. The whole experience was awful. After asking for a refund the receptionist then said she would upgrade the room to a suite by that time I was over the whole stay.

The picture that show the room is a lie the room looks soo different and horrible they are also low on staff they don’t clean up The rooms or replace towels first night I stood the room the gave me the bed smell like pissed like the didn’t clean the sheets or anything service was horrible I would never book this hotel aging

The place from first appearance is great. The day time lady host is aboust as rude as a person could be. At least be thankful that i was there as guest and not an enemy. This place is full og drug dealers and biker gangs . The gangs and dealers take over the pool by day and stay up and loud till 3am and the staff does nothing about it. Good luck if you wish to stay at this horrotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. They gave a little trouble with getting into the second room, but worked it out. The air conditioner was really noisy though.

The property was very clean and good customer service.

So terrible the alarm keeps making noise. Never come back here again

The hotel was nice. Clean and the staff was outstanding.
