We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Schloss Ort in Passau. The history of this property, dating back to the 13th century, combined with the comfort and charm of its accommodations, made it truly special. The owner and staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled right along the beautiful Inn River, offering peaceful and tranquil views. It was wonderful to simply sit and take in the scenery. On top of that, restaurants and shopping were just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore Passau. This hotel is a gem, blending history, hospitality, and location seamlessly. We would highly recommend Hotel Schloss Ort to anyone visiting Passau.

Wonderfully located at the edge of the peninsula where the 3 rivers meet. Very cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The room had a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast was delicious, top quality and great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and service was excellent. Perfect for couples.

Fantastic hotel

Loved the hotel location, very nice staff and a great breakfast. I felt the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. The outdoor patio has an incredible view of the river and people walking below. I highly recommend!

Very beautiful hotel on a point of three rivers. Be sure to ask for a room with a view. Room was nice. Bedding nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Parking was tight but at least there was a place to park.

Quaint quiet hotel & neighborhood

This hotel was so cute and so quaint. The views of the river and the city were magnificent! The room was fresh, roomy, amd ultra clean! The owner and her staff were such beautiful people. There was no need not met! I cannot wait to come back here again!

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Schloss Ort. Eva in reception was gracious and clear. We were truly stunned at the view of the river from our room and the room was beautifully and simply decorated ! The next day we had the opportunity to Meet our host owner and she was Mickey. There was a delicious breakfast avskdbke in the morning. Again, with a gorgeous view of the river . We were staying g the night before a Viking cruise, and could not have been more nicely situated

A wonderful location at the confluence of the Inn and Danube rivers. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast outside (option) was a lovely way to start your day. Rooms were spacious with some great views. The management team has blended a modern internal look with an old castle feel. Highly recommended!

Location is quite convenient. Walkable all over the town. Staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they let us in the room way before their check in time. That’s very nice! We were told we need to pay for the breakfast only at check out time. Their website advertises breakfast is included. I would prefer they inform me during check in time.

Ich war zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel, aber ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Schon die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in der Altstadt, das Frühstück kann man auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Inn genießen. Ich hatte leider keine Zeit für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück, aber ich durfte mir trotzdem einen Kaffee gönnen und den Ausblick genießen. Mein Auto konnte ich problemlos in der Nähe parken. Ich hatte eine Suite , die wunderbar groß war und toll eingerichtet ist. Zudem ist das Bett super bequem . Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

The location is truly breathtaking — waking up to a breakfast on the deck with the Donau River in the background was a highlight of our trip. The view was stunning and made our mornings so special. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden jederzeit wieder ins Hotel Schloss Ort kommen. Es liegt perfekt am Inn-Ufer wenige Schritte entfernt vom Zusammenfluss von Donau, Inn und Ilz. Die Hotel-Terrasse zum Inn lädt zu einem entspannten Gläschen ein mit spektakum Ausblick. Die Zimmer und das Hotel ist mit vielen liebevollen Details stilvoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Das Personal und die Chefin immer freundlich und hilfsbereit!! So lässt es sich entspannen und genießen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt am wunderschönen Innufer mit fantastischer Aussicht und einer tollen Terrasse! Perfekt für ein paar angenehme Stunden bei Kaffee oder gutem Wein! Das Personal ist suuuuper freundlich und aufmerksam!! Einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Das Hotel selbst ist ein altes Gemäuer, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es wird Wert auf regionale Bioprodukte gelegt! Insgesamt: wir kommen wieder!! Ein anderes Hotel kommt für uns in Passau nicht in Frage! ❤️
