We had an amazing stay at the Quiet Mind Retreat. The offering of services there was amazing and the view and serene atmosphere was a welcome experience. The view of the Cuyamaca lake from the lodge was spectacular. The massage experts and energy and yoga specialists were top notch and the cell phone free zones and encouraged quiet time was much needed. Very quiet place to stay for couple days to recharge or reconnect with your partners. Frinedly staffs. Onsite food limited options amd just ok. I would recommend go to julian town for more option. The properties look fine. Not excellent but good enough for short stays. The property is older and do need some upkeep. I wouldnt expect a very nice room. It's small. I think 1-2 days stay is good. More than that not much to do there.

I am a teacher and I am always looking for ways to release tension. This retreat space was full of positive energy. The atmosphere was conducive to release of negative energy. I was completely rejuvenated. It was quiet, enjoyable and serene. So much so that when my blood pressure was taken it was normal. I absolutely recommend this place.
