Great location for this hotel. Short walk to train station. Breakfast was so good. Lots of variety each day. Staff on hand when things ran out. Shame for the paper plates - but this seems to be the norm now. So bad for it all to be going to landfill. Very cramped area though for the number of guests in the hotel.
Tea and coffee are available all day in the breakfast room. Plus plates and cutlery if you're needing this. Microwave in room and a coffee maker plus a fridge.
Room was cleaned every day and could not fault their work at all. Staff were friendly. Although I would have thought uniforms would be worn. Didn't see any nametags either which I thought was strange. Maybe USA doesn't do this.
The lifts were not the fastest though. But they both worked each day. Just lots of people using them.
Close to a supermarket, donut shop, maccas, liquor store, dollar shop.
Can't really fault the stay at all.
except for the weather - rainy and cold. But this isn't the hotels fault!!!!!
Would definitely recommend this hotel to someone going to Boston.
