The room was clean when we arrived, and the price was great. However, I made our reservation for a family of 4, and they only left 2 towels in our room. When my husband asked for more, they told him that we needed to bring our dirty towels to the office to get more. After explaining that we had 4 people, they finally gave him some more, but we shouldn’t have had to go begging for more. They did not come in and clean or refresh anything during our stay.
The hotel WiFi was not secure, which was a concern to my husband. And the sign at the desk says they are not responsible if anything goes missing inside or outside of your room, which just raised red flags for me.
Like I said, the price was nice, but I will likely find a different hotel the next time we travel to St. Louis!
