Absolutely beyond expectations…. The parking was very easy to access and the hotel takes care to send you the information before arriving. The transfer from parking to hotel and back was seamless and also very enjoyable for my child to ride a little golf cart through sirmione. The hotel was located right near the entrance and also a two minute walk to the great Terme of Sirmione (which was the main point of our visit). The hotel itself was STUNNING. So nicely renovated, new, modern, very spacious room with comfortable beds and lots of windows. The design itself is so modern but well thought - hooks in the right places, bath and wc separate from each other… lots of hangers and space to hang clothes. Even a little balcony in our room. The cleanliness was immaculate…. It was truly amazing.
The breakfast was so abundant and so tasty, not sure if it’s always like this but during this time of low season we had breakfast cooked to order and unlimited portions (even though one portion is more than enough for a hearty appetite) with fresh breads, croissants, yogurt and cereals… fresh orange juice and espresso as you like. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better stay and the hospitality was exceptional. In a time like this, it’s hard to find these gems that really really care about customer service and client experience. We cannot wait to come back again
