The room smelled. Only one light in the room worked. The other lights were broken and needed the fixture to be replaced. The full size refrigerator was only a mini refrigerator. We did not stay there. we checked in a Comfort Suites Hotel. The clerk at Extended Stay would not return our money. He wouldn't even give me a receipt showing that we did not stay. I am demanding a full refund. I have challenged the charge with my Chase Credit Card. Hotels.com should send me a refund and they should also refuse to book stays at all Extended Stay America in the future. Please send me a confirmation that you have sent me a credit. Remember,
I did not stay there due to the terrible conditions of the hotel. Robert
