Hotel itself is great. Good location, large comfortable rooms with good breakfast. However I am extremely disappointed by Hyatt. We booked a room via Hotels.com for 3 people with breakfast. After paying and receiving confirmation, Hyatt sent an email that we need to pay addtional 1900 JPY for breakfast for 3rd person. This was not described when booked via Hotels.com. That Hyatt / Hotels.com make a mistake, can never be our issue as a customer. That a trusted company like Hyatt treat customers like this is very poor customer experience. This is not about the money itself, it is the fact Hyatt / Hotels.com treat put their mistakes on their customers. Disappointed!!
