Dirty underwear in my bed run down; seaweed beach
The bed was never changed and a dirty pair of underwear was in the bed. I told the desk about this and they never sent the cleaners to change the bedding. Every restauant we wanted to go to was filled uo. You have to make dinner reservations days in advance and I was not informed of this before our arrival. The hotel is old and a little dirty. The breakfast buffet was not good. Its a long walk to the beach and the beach was full of seaweed. I have heard this is not a good beach area. I would never stay here again.

Keep looking
Disappointing for an all-inclusive resort, definitely did not feel like a 5 stars. The most annoying thing was the fact you can only go to the restaurants 5 times, no matter how long your stay. And good luck booking them without agreeing to go through a selling session for hotel membership. There are better beaches in the region. I would not go back.

Quick 4 days stay
Great place everyone was a delight a lot of activities to do and shows at night. Good music from the dj in the club. Recommend to anyone to go. Will return to stay soon.

I have been robbed there. My case is not the only one case, there are a lot of guests who lost their money in a very veird circumstances. Rooms are dirty, very poor English knowledge of hotel stuff. The food is ok but only ok- not really Dominican, the fruits are sour and unripe- I expected by that location fruits would taste amazing and it is like that but not in this hotel. The waiters didn’t react on questions or forgot about my orders several times. Hotel which allows to robber their guest shouldn’t have 5 starts.

THE PERFECT SERANADE PUNTA CANA
First time at the Serenade Punta Cana. This is a newer hotel and you can see it was very well planned with everything they did. I liked it becaue it was smaller in size, i did not have to take tram car to get to the beach or the buffett. Check in was easy and quick, i asked for an upgrade and was given a beautiful suite with two bathrooms and one bedroom with a pull out couoch bed. The food was excellent, Breakfast lunch and dinner.I had the pleasure of meeting Joandel Cayetano, he was always there for all of us, making sure are drinks were always refilled. Just a perfect helper to all of us. Also Yandys Guerrero and Pelagia Ramirez. Both again very helpful i never had to ask for anything they were always right there. Pebel and Freddy made sure we had everything we needed and cant forget Pedito Rosa .The Captain Victor and Hostess Soribel made sure everything in the buffet ran smoothly. They have a beautiful theater were we saw some good shows. I just wish they would get the theater Air conditioned as it would be warm in side.. We were there for Hollowen and the hotel was decorted so nice. They even had a little haunted house for the kids...All the pools were nice, great water park, and the beach my favotie of all. Very few waves and always chairs to find. This is a beautiful hotel perfect for relaxing, and nce for kids. Hopefully i will return soon. Thank you to all the people that work there you were all great.

Amazing
The resort was beautiful. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned our rooms. We went to the spa and even upgraded our stay to gold. Our concierge Marcos was amazing. We will be back in the near future

First off, its absolutely beautiful, clean, and close to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. I arrived early, so they provided us a room a few min early. The room is just like pictures and i loved the balcony. I love the pool area and the beach. The only thing bad about the beach was the seaweed, but still enjoyed myself. The drinks at the pool were good, just needs more alcohol. I feel like most of it was juice. I absolutely enjoyed some of the activities on the resort like the silent disco and dancing. Had an amazing time that day and the club was really cool. I just wish they had more activities for the day. I feel like 2 activities a day is not enough. I recommend booking excursions at the resort. Amazing options, great price, and no problem with transportation. The things i didnt like was booking for restaurants on their app. Everyday was fully booked and only had the buffet for an option. We passed by the restaurants and its always 4-5 groups of people. Which is weird for it being fully booked. The buffet for breakfast was great, but dinner was ok. Im greatful for their hard work in cooking it, but some of them didnt taste the best. I still enjoyed the service. Especially the tall dark and handsome pasta guy haha. He's so sweet.

Expedia falsely booked me on the adult side without giving me any other options, when in reality they booked me on the family side of the resort. Ended up paying 400 dollars extra so that I could get access to the adult side. Expedia let customers PICK THEIR ROOMS AT SERENADE. MENTION ADULT/ FAMILY SIDE ON THE WEBSITE. Don’t pick the rooms for us!!!

We had stayed for our anniversary, the property is clean with a modern architecture. Food was Ok. During my 5 nights at the resort, the only downside that i will give to this resort is the staff not being friendly and making us feel they doing favor for us. They need to get trained. The only great person i had interacted with and i hope this message reach management, will be the bartender at the dip in pool bar by the beach. He was a great person , but management had put him by himself to serve hundreds of guest at once , while in other outlet workers are catching the flies. I hope management get a descent training to the staff because the property is modern.

We visited Punta Cana for my husbands birthday. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, size of the room, pool access and the buffet. On the other hand, The facility needs to work on their staff. Aside from the huge language barrier, the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. They are not very pleasant and welcoming. If the staff was a bit more welcoming, that would overcome where they lack. we’ve been to several other countries that their native language is different from English, and their courtesy and warming spirits made up for where they lacked.
