2/10 Poor

This place should not be listed as a hotel
Jarrod, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Know what you are getting into

This hotel is also low-income housing for locals. Bad side of town. Dangerous parking. Outdated rooms. Staff were pleasant - and the breakfast was edible (you are given a plate of food, no choices)
Jack, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

The stinkest hotel I've ever been in. Smelled like throw up/vomrrÿyy
Olushola, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We stop for the night close to town for dinner and close to highway nice quiet place staff was very nice and helpful
Wade, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Laid back place with very nice staff.
Bennie, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

I knew this was a non-conventional hotel when I booked it, but I truly did not realize I was checking into a halfway house. Clearly, some of the folks that are in the program that runs this hotel live in the building. The room smelled and I didn't even touch the bed, I was so shook by the situation. We paid for the night and left to find another hotel out by the airport. I'm down for an adventure, but this was too much even for me. If it had been cute and charming and everybody was doing their best, I would have stayed. But it was so bad that I couldn't stop laughing the whole time I was there. Don't stay here.

Check out before paying

Difficult area and situation. I wish the organization and hotel all the best. Gave me refund after issues highlighted.

The pictures on this website and the description are not even close to accurate. Broken windows in rooms. Checking in is a whole ordeal and the front desk treated us like we had done something wrong. This is also some kind of second chance living facility as well which is not mentioned either. If you are reading this review KEEP LOOKING

Great Stay God bless the journey 2025
Joe, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Loved my stay at Hotel Louisville. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The building and décor are dated, but everything is clean. Location is fantastic, walkable distance into the CBD and on the Number 2 bus line straight from the airport.
Nicola, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

It was quite, and the workers at the hotel was very helpful
Danny, 1-night trip

Good location

Good hotel, walking distance to downtown
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

It looked like a drug hotel. It had a smell in the lobby. The furniture was old and dusty. The one good thing is that I didn't see any bugs.
Damian, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lots of Emergency activity all night long. We were city center and near the Freeway so that noise was to be expected. The bed was so comfortable I fell right back to sleep.

Very friendly and comfortable.

I understand its Christian based morals of giving everyone a chance, however I would have liked to know this prior to booking. Property is not only a hotel it has many functions, a half way house, consoling for different types of groups, and long term residence for those in need. Each floor served a different role.
Angelo, 7-night trip

The desk clerk was helpful, but I trouble with the AC which was noisyj
Stephen, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Good property and great location. Good value for your dollar. No evening options for dining or cocktails.
Wayne, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Great receptionist, Nasty Room, blood stain on both mattresses and no working light in bathroom so we'd have to shower in the dark after a long days work and sleep in nasty stained up beds
Chris, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is an older property that also functions as a place to stay for the people trying to get their lives back on track. The staff are friendly. It is centrally located.
Brian, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not a good experience this time around felt very uncomfortable
Daysha, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I like the cleanliness, quiet inside. Convenient parking. Features are a bit dated, but we always stay here. The onsite restaurant is really good
Jennifer, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is an older hotel that a Christian organization is using to provide housing for individuals while they get their lives back together. As a paying guest you will be on a floor with other paying guests, not the residents. But, you will encounter the residents as you come and go. Everyone we met was very courteous, very friendly and at no time were we (me, my wife, my son in law, my daughter and their two infant boys) worried about our safety. At first we were a little hesitant, but quickly grew to appreciate the effort to get these individuals back into society, and we were actually happy we could do something to help them be sucessful.
