Better than OYO

You walk into this facility and all you smell is weed. You go to the bathroom the toilet doesn’t flush. You walk down the hallway and all you see are cigarillo wrappers. Even after the maids have come through which they didn’t take care of our room there’s still cigarillo wrappers on the floor all over the hallway.

I would pass on this propoerty

I conveyed my dissatisfaction with the front desk. The response was not an apology or offer of assistance, it was merely "OK". The plumbing was abysmal. The hotel is in disrepair.

Really nice. We loved their pillows hehehe. Staff was friendly and respectful. I feel like going back :)

Decent facility, poor service

The staff is extremely unprofessional, which ruined our stay at an otherwise nice facility. A comfortable bed and clean sheets don't make up for poor management, bad bookkeeping, and rude staff. - One of two reservations were not honored. They attempted to check in at around 9:30 PM, and were told that it they were "too late". - Our room had no towels. We called the front desk to ask for towels once that night and again in the morning, but received nothing until I went down there to ask in person. Oddly enough, someone was folding towels and sheets on a table in the guest common area, just in front of the front desk. Is there not a laundry room for that? - On the morning we were to check out, we were startled awake around 8 AM, by a staff member attempting to walk into our room. I understand occasional bookkeeping errors or misidentifying a room. I would have laughed it off and gone back to sleep, had she not been so rude and demanding. Instead of apologizing for the hotel's mistake, she insisted that the system didn't have anyone in that room and that I "NEEDED" to go to the front desk immediately. I commented that we were still sleeping, I had a confirmation email showing the correct dates, and we would sort it out when we checked out in a couple of hours... But she demanded yet again that I immediately fix the mistake, as if I somehow work for her or that the error was my fault. Clearly, there is no concept of customer service or hospitality at this location.

The toilet backed up in the sink we went and spoke to assistant they never came to fix it until the next day and wouldnt move us. Then the 2nd room had ants in it so my kids sippy cups were covered in them. Never again will i stay here

This hotel was booked for a hurricane evacuation need. When we booked our rooms, the only things we were looking for were pets allowed and indoor pool. Well after booking 2 non refundable rooms, i called the hotel to notify them of our pet to find out that the Expedia description was inaccurate. After contacting Expedia, the description was changed on the website. No refund, no credit, nothing. After we found a local pet sitter, we checked in the hotel. The photos that are depicted on the booking site are definitely old. The pool photo was altered. The pool is about 1/3 the size depicted & was closed. When asking when it would be reopened, we were informed that the hotel had been shut down for a while and they were waiting on inspections. After going to our rooms, there were no towels at all, the refrigerator in the room smelled rancid and the air freshener was so over whelming that i had a headache the first night. I asked for towels and was told they were in the dryer & theyd be brought up. After 2 hours, i went back down to check. They still werent available. After 4 hours, i could only get 2 from the front desk. I had 4 people. The staff was not friendly. One time, there were a group of people in business dress & they were clearly trying to do their best, but the second the suits & skirts left, that was over. All in all, save yourself the headache. Book some where else through someone else. We checked out a day early and went somewhere else
