Hotel is close to where our activity was. I realize that the place was under going renovations but, our rooms did not have a hair dryer, coffee maker wouldn't work and the phone either. I fixed the phone and a staff member brought us a hair dryer. The beds were nice and our room was clean. The choice of colours is not to my taste, however I will stay there again.

When we first walked in about 9-9:30pm the lady at the front desk sighed obnoxiously and did a slow turn like she was dragging her feet while rolling her eyes and continuing to text on her phone. She didn’t give us any type of greeting at all just said what’s your name. We finally got our keys after she started helping another customer eh cane down bc her tv wasn’t working and she started talking to the lady like she was dumb. Anyways then we got to our room the door wasn’t even on straight so it didn’t even close properly. We had to lift the door to even close it all the way. We called down to let them know and she answers the phone by saying “front desk what do you need”. I started looking around my room and the shower wasn’t clean there was a clump of hair sitting on the drain. So we went down to the pool to check it out and the hot tub had a bandaid floating around in it. So again I told the front desk a different lady at this point. In the morning around 10:30 we went to check the pool and everything looked good so we went down and the hot tub was not hot AT ALL! Barely even lukewarm!! Truly felt like a bath that was cooled down. The breakfast was good just not a big selection. VERY disappointed and sad with this experience. I wish I would have just drove home instead of waisting my money.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were not aware of the hotel being renovated and everything having a strong smell of paint. The toilet ended up clogging in the morning right before we checked out.

The hotel was under remodeling, dry wall patching, removing door casings and painting and made it noisy and unappealing. For the money spent it should be a finished facility or at least given a heads up of the remodeling happening.

The staff was all very friendly, great breakfast and beds were very comfortable. But I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and the hot tub was broken for our trip. It was a bummer.

Hotel is under construction/renovations. First room had no hot water. Room was handicapped accessible except the bathroom had one grab bar at the toilet and added on raised toilet seat. Toilet height was still low to the ground. Shower had to step over with doors if you could get the handicapped seat into it without grab bars or adjustable shower head. The mattress was either very old or extremely used. Springs across the mattress made sleeping difficult. Room was changed next morning to another handicapped room which was not accessible, comfortably, for a walker to get into the sleeping area. The bed and television/dresser stand were approx.34" apart. Bed could not be moved over. There was no sofa in the room, completely open area. Bathroom was better suited for handicapped needs except the toilet was low to the ground. Workers were working during the night and doors were being slammed throughout. Mattress in this room was better except, being handicapped, made climbing into it very difficult due to its height. The staff at the desk, the next morning had to call a supervisor due to 2nd day on the job alone as to how to make changes from one room to another. The staff was doing their best and polite but still should not have been difficult to make these changes.

This location is in process of renovation & it is needed. The bathroom was very clean but carpets, furniture, & comforter were dirty. Ceiling fast was full of dust & heat didn't work well at all. There are huge scratches everywhere on furniture & walls & crumbs etc in the loveseat. There were still workers working when we arrived in the evening & noisy. The vending machine didn't work. Morning clerk & breakfast attendant were very friendly & efficient & breakfast was good. Hopefully it will be clean and everything in working order soon.

THE HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE!!! EXTREMELY DIRTY AND THE HOT TUB WAS SICKENING. COLD AND DIRTY. THE GROUT WAS ALL BLACK ON THE TILES AND MISSING TILES IN THE HOT TUB.

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights and all of them were nasty. I have never spent that much money and stay in such poor condition. The rooms were dirty, blood on the floor, deadbolt locks broke or not even there. Remodeling going on and dust everywhere. Kids couldn’t swim in the pool cause it smelled like fish in there and the water was cloudy. Food in the breakfast area was old and stale. Very dissatisfied because the website makes this place look so nice until you walk in the front door. One of the rooms smelled so bad like old stale smoke we couldn’t even let the little ones sleep in there. I’m very disappointed for spending 1000$

Said room was totally remodeled...not..toilet kept running( we fixed it) tv never worked..they did a price adjustment...room never cleaned, trash not emptied, i had to go to front desk to get more yowels

Clean but dated.

This hotel is quite dated (bathroom door was painted purple). It needs updating, as well as many areas that needs to be fixed. (Paneling on the walls coming off) It did appear that work was being done as it looked like new windows had been added in the pool area, and a few painted areas looked like they were in the middle of being refreshed. The bathroom was very small! The handle on our toilet liked to stick, causing the toilet to run. The toilet seat was oval, but the toilet itself was round. The first morning breakfast included biscuits and gravy. When we arrived the gravy was mostly gone so we asked about more. It took at least 20 minutes to get more. The women stated, "I'm getting it warm as fast as I can." The question we asked ourselves was, "Her job is to keep it refilled. If she knows it takes so long, why isn't she keeping a better eye on it?" The second morning it was a different woman and she kept the hot items full. The variety overall for breakfast was very minimal. The staff that we interacted with at the front counter (2 young ladies) weren't rude, but it seemed that we were an inconvenience. When we arrived, they were away from the desk and we could hear them talking. It took them 5 minutes to come out and greet us. One of them helped us, while the other one just leaned on the counter and played on her phone (which she was doing every time we saw her). Overall, the hotel was clean, it just left a lot to be desired.

The breakfast was probably the only good thing about this place. Our room door had to be pulled/ pushed hard to open and close the door. The door lock latch was broken. Also there was a severly stained ottoman in our room. The wall panelling was falling off in the stair well. The pool was cooler but the hot tub was not hot at all and a gentlemen was scarcastic that it was indeed hot.

DIRTY

DIRTY!! There were dead bugs at head of bed. Plus it was filthy dirty on the carpet at head of bed on floor. I asked about bed bugs and they told ME to bring out bugs to check for bed bugs! Whole place was dirty, not maintained! It smelled bad! Smelled like mold! My son’s room toliet was clogged. They handed be a dirty plunger across front desk instead of taking it up. They actually asked me to bring plunger back! I didn’t. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I can’t image that others haven’t complained!! I didn’t expect this from the Radisson Brand.
