I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed, and the rest of the hotel design is sublime. Staff is very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Perfect really does exist

This is the most comfortable hotel on earth. Everything actually is perfect. A traveler who comes to Hokkaido probably spends over 24 hours in airports or airplanes and thus is worn out. The Portom erases that discomfort so the travelers can be ready to enjoy this beautiful island. It is the best.

A delight

This was a wonderful hotel. An oasis of calm hidden away at the end of the a corridor in a busy airport. The service was exceptional. With true Japanese hospitality. Everything felt brand new and in excellent condition. The rooms, lobby, and other public areas are all spacious and elegant. The best airport hotel I have ever used, and among the most enjoyable of all the hotels Iโ€™ve ever used.
