The administration is a disaster, asking for an invoice to prepay was not answerd for three weeks and then an email came back asking me whether I had a question.
I expected that all rooms are accessible by lift, mine and several others were not, be design. One had to use the stairs with heavy luggage. To reach rooms on the ground floor, you first had to go up to the first floor, and then down again to the ground floor. I expected that the "chambre privilege" or superior room would be bigger than the economy room, but rooms are assigned by availability, not by what you have paid for; very disappointing. I expected to have orange juice at breakfast, it was not available for one week. I expected to have hot sausages at breakfast, but it was only available on a few days because they had only one unit for screambled eggs and sausages together.
The good thing was the 24 hour bar and very friendly and helpful bar staff.
