We were very disappointed in our room overall. We were told when our daughter stopped by to check it out that we would have a superior room on first floor. We were early (30) min check in and had to pay $25 extra and then we had to stay on the second floor. Out side area, steps, were in need of paint> Ice maker was not operative. The room had roaches, hair on the bathroom floor, tub was cracked, towel rack in bathroom was missing. We had reservation for three days. Second day we were not serviced, had no towels, only one trash can, not emptied. We were told that we had to request service that morning. No one knocked,on our door and we were there. Very subpar and wanted us to leave a tip. We checked out after second day. No refund offered but they took a $50 deposit up front. Our first experience with Red Roof was not good.
