We lasted one hour. The room was cheaply decorated in 2072. Not clean. AC didnât work but was very loud as it ran. We went to Hotel Havana and it was wonderful.
Great location in San Antonio -adjacent to Alamo and Riverwalk -Valet parking was a breeze and hotel is a historic boutique where past and present meet! Rooms are comfortable and quiet -courteous and accommodating staff. Price point fantastic.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel which was nicely updated. Really got a kick out of the ghost tours walking in!
Our stay was great. I'm a history buff so I really enjoyed the history pieces and pictures. The architecture was beautiful. The valet service was great.

Check on was wonderful from the valet car service to the wonderful person at the front desk. Thank you for finding us an available room even though we were early! The room was perfect - nice & clean with a huge closet. Because this is a historical hotel the rooms may not be as modern but we loved it. Absolutely beautiful!! The location couldnt have been better! Walk out the door & there is the Alamo & the Riverwalk!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

From the photos they uploaded to the website, I was expecting a little more. The location was great, but the room and bathroom were quite small for two people. The air conditioning was not working properly, though the temperature was set to 67. The amenities they provided were very basic based on what they charged for the stay.
solicite estacionamiento y me cobraban extra, pedi el desayuno incluido y tambien era extra me hcieron un cargo exagerado por garantia que no se me ha devuelto , la limpieza del cuerto esta pesima, el baÃąo sucio junto con la baÃąera .
We arrived and had no issues, very friendly. However after checking in, while getting dressed for our evening, the room started to heat up. We were not informed prior that the Hotel is on a two pipe system and the air will struggle to stay cool. The room did not go under 83 degrees for the entire stay. We had to take cold showers at night to keep our bodies comfortable. Noise control was great, as well as the service.

My stay was okay although I love the design of the hotel from the lobby always has a unique lovely smell and the elegance of the bottom floor. Food at the colonial couldâve been better at the buffet for breakfast like the eggs and pancakes were of very poor quality. Definitely just paid for convenience of the location but it was a nice getaway.
The hotel design is lovely and full of history; however, we experienced some issues with our room. The king-size beds are more full/queen-size, and our shower temperature did not stay consistent, going from warm, scorching hot to cold within seconds.
Construction is blocking the view of the Alamo. However, it appears they stop construction on weekends, so we weren't disturbed by any noise. Otherwise, it's easy to get to the Riverwalk and back, with ADA access just outside the hotel.
