Overall, our stay at ANA was a delight. Breakfast options were plentiful and upscale (especially the Japanese offering) and service was always friendly and top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax.

Dining- Poor food handling and/or preparation. We decided to dine at the Saltida (dinner buffet) and as a result we both suffered from a fairly violent food poisoning. It was necessary to extend an extra day as there was just no way we would be able to physically fly out the next day. In addition to this, communication between management and front desk was near to non existent. The hotel did compensate for the meal but made no effort/offer to cover the extra night stay, despite the fact that their restaurant was at fault. I must recognize the restaurant manager as he was the only individual that checked on us and provided water/fruit.

空港と市街地の真ん中にあるすごいバランスの取れてる立地。プールも、プライベートビーチも最高だった。新館(ベイウィング)は、バルコニーが付いていた。そのバルコニーにあるテーブルとイスからは海も室内のプールも見れるので、ただただ座ってるだけで癒される。食事に関しても申し分ない。 家族全員が口を揃えて“石垣島vsハワイ"だったら石垣島の圧勝だと言ってた。ANAインターコンチネンタルでの思い出が大いに良かった。他の理由としては、昨今のハワイは物価が高すぎる。うちの家族はTipsの文化も大嫌い。石垣島から船で短時間で行ける離島巡りが楽しすぎたなどが挙げられた。 大変おすすめのリゾートです。

Great hotel in Ishigaki

Stayed in the bay wing, which is newer and looks better than the sea and coral wings. Great staff and service levels, and the food was really good. Also like the quality of the room and the common areas. The one drawback is that everything closes a bit early (the cafeteria closed already at 16:30, dinner had last orders at 21:00 and the bar at 21:30). We found ourselves meeting closed doors more than once...

家族旅行

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。 アメニティも気に入りました。 ビーチ、プールと満喫して子供達も大満足でした。 朝食に結構並んだのと、コインランドリーが小さくて洗濯したくても出来なかったのが少し残念でしたが、それ以外は満足です。 家族みんなまた泊まりたいと言ってました。

2時間前に到着したが、結局チェックインできたのは15時からでした。 他のホテルは早めに入れてくれたりするのですが、その辺の臨機応変な対応があったらいいなと思いました。
