A lovely vacation

The staff are very helpful and friendly, always give out helping hands and the best arrangement for us. The fireworks at garden pool was unforgettably pretty. The kids love the manza beach, the marine ocean park and all the marine activities. We can snorkel and discover a range of fish (even clownfish)

Had a great pleasant stay at the resort, staff were all helpful and attentive. Very nice view and the beach was awesome. The hotel manager was very attentive to details and we felt their warmth and enthusiasm to make guests had the best experience. Though there’s a suggestion for improvement: The curtain is not wide enough to block the light from the great sunshine of Okinawa, so we were woken up by the bright sunlight after sunrise. Sometimes we just wanted to sleep in for a bit later, but it’s difficult with this bright daylight.

Very nice and clean hotel, by the sea and ideal for family vacation (mainy young children). My only concern is about breakfast : despite the fact it opens at 6:30 (at least in summer), it is over crowded with a significant waiting time. The check-in/check-out time was also fairly long. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Overall a very good hotel.

Amazing executive lounge maybe one of the best in the world, but rooms are quite old and in desperate need of renovation

2/10 Poor

The beach was the only good quality about this hotel. Breakfast buffet was disgusting and over packed and tne dinner buffet was a waste of money for truly horrendous food. The rooms were big and clean however extremely outdated and not luxurious like other inter-continentals around the world. The service was nothing special and staff were unaccommodating. Was a true disappointment considering how excited we were. Will definitely never return.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic teams

The hotel locates at a beautiful place with nice ocean view. There are 2 pools and nice beaches. I have been to many hotels in the past 40 years but I must admit that this hotel is one of the best. The service is superb with a fantastic team from the welcoming attendant, to checking, Front Desk team lead Ms. Konatsu Okamura, the buffet restaurant team and their wonderful manager, the Japanese restaurant team, with their superb service, the pool live guards, and this hotel has been nothing but the best. They surely know how to make travelers comfortable and happy during stays.

This is a gorgeous hotel with beautiful grounds! We stayed there from Wednesday to Saturday and it was surprisingly quiet, which we loved. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the ocean, and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the hotel gouges you on food and none of the activities they offer are free. There are three main restaurants plus a cafe, and the cost of food and liquor is 2-3 times higher than what you’d pay outside the resort. There are a few restaurants outside the resort within walking distance, but otherwise you’re pretty hooped if you don’t have a car.

Great Location but not happy

Requested a room with a double or king size bed which I reserved and then got 2 singles not to happy about that and when I asked about it they said no rooms available even though that is what I reserved

The property was ok but, given the price and the standard expected in a 4 stars hotel, there were several issues. First of all, the transport around the island was very limited, so if you did not have a private vehicle, it's better to look for another location. The area around the property is nice, but there are not lot of restaurants. Second, the property had lot of facilities, but some of them (as the children park) you had to pay them separately. And the worst is that there was a long waiting to get a table for breakfast. To be honest, waiting 30-40 minutes to have breakfast is not what you expect when you stay in a 4 star hotel.
