Atendimento deixa e muitos desejar. Funcionários cansados, sem pressa para atender as pessoas tanto nos bares quanto nos restaurantes. Sinceramente não sei se os pontos positivos superam os negativos. Precisam melhorar muito em lidar com público

No iría a este hotel
Muy mala experiencia, tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, el aseo en la habitación estaba mal hecho, la atención del personal muy mal, muy demorados y sin buena actitud, las bebidas de muy mala calidad, siendo un todo incluido pareciera que nos estuvieran regalando todo.
En la piscina nunca nadie nos atendió.

Would Not Stay Here Again!
Patrice at check in was nice but when i went back about 15 minutes later and her a question she said "What did I tell you at check in?". The rest of the stay went downhill after that.
Most of the bar staff was extremely rude. The first one I encountered, who was standing at most two feet away from me, finished whatever she was doing then walked out from behind the bar and just left without saying anything to me. Another bar staff said to me "I can't help you" and just walked out from behind the bar after I asked politely for a drink. And this person had served me before so I know they could help me.
Food was always cold, very limited and always the same. Never been at a resort with such sad food choices. Restaurants were very slow and food was cold. Only hot food was the buffet night before we left.
Breakfast was the same all 7 days we were there. Constantly running out of plates and food. Only way things were refilled was if staff was told. Staff never seemed to notice on their own.
Would order soda or coffee at breakfast. 50/50 whether or not you would get it or if it would be what you ordered. If you did not get it you would look for your server and they would either be standing around, talking to another server or clearing off another table. Extremely poor service.
The resort had garbage all over the place. Nothing ever seemed to be cleaned up.
Definitely need more service staff but there was definitely a lot of sales people walking around all the time!

It’ll take time
Being new they have a lot of growing pains to work through. I’m sure they’ll get everything figured out over time.

I stayed here for my birthday and even though my stay was great the food could have been better. I never received a hot meal. The meals are always cold. Breakfast was probably the worst, cold and tasteless. Dinner was okay but still not the best. We couldn't eat without chasing flies away. The foods were left uncovered to the flies. We traveled off the resort most days to way.

I got there at 12:30pm wouldn't let me get room and go to room until 4pm. The bathroom sink broken. The staff at buffet when asked for a drink didn't bring very entitled staff. They make you sign waiver no drugs on property yet somebody tourist or staff smoking marijuana very strong smell in bathroom. they charge 300 for room but price for bad service a 100 a night. food wasn't good except seafood restaurant. very bad go to cheaper place with better service

Lovely hotel- entertainment and staff. Love Jose the front desk manager. Was my birthday Jan 17 th - set me up a surprise dinner area.. second time here now

The service in the bars and restaurants is terrible, you can wait more than an hour for a table and they are empty only the staff does not clean them.

This resort and island is a scam. We did not get the room that we booked. The beach villas are not open. They have yet to be opened!!!! Makes no sense that they are allowing people to book them. We were told we would get a voucher to compensate the disaster that this trip was and received nothing.

Great stay at Dream Resort. Excellent service and atmosphere. The room was very clean, the views was stunning with amazing views. My only issue is the quality of alcohol provided to guest was cheap alcohol with a horrible taste.

A janitorial employee behaved rudely and arrogantly, and none of the other employees who heard the loud outbursts of the fool did anything to resolve the situation, let alone offer an apology.
The three "specialty" restaurants—steakhouse, Italian, and seafood—provided terrible service. There was a one-hour wait just to be allowed into the restaurant, and after being seated, it took another hour for the appetizers and main course to be served. The worst experience was at the seafood restaurant, where we waited 2 hours and 30 minutes after placing our order. Although the main dishes were eventually served, the dessert never arrived, and we were left waiting again. We finally decided to leave the restaurant.

The views at Il Mare are out of this world, the bungalow’s look exactly like the photos. We had some issues checking in since there were only 10 pods available to be used and the others did not pass inspection that had a better view. After trying to switch our room to a bungalow with a better view and a working safe we encountered some issues. We booked our reservation since this summer and were told it was opening July 2024 but instead when we arrived Dec 12th we were told they just opened this week and if they were not ready we would have to downsize at Dreams with no reimbursement. We didn’t appreciate that since that was never communicated to us after or before booking and we would not be reimbursed for something that was not our fault. Other than that mishap, we had a peaceful stay and our butlers made us feel welcomed and catered to all our needs with no hesitation. 10/10 customer experience, if you stay here I hope you get Naidel, Alex, Sudry, Rug and Gio as your butlers they are phenomenal. Very attentive and respectful individuals we were lucky to have them on our trip.

In August I booked and paid for the Preferred Club Mare Beachfront Bungalow King also known as the "PODS" and was very excited to the vacation and stay at the property that I paid for. I also traveled with another couple who also booked the same property. After 2 months have gone by, I was informed that the "PODS" were not available via the other couple who followed the Facebook group that also complained. I then emailed the reservation team and asked if the PODS were available. I received a reply stating the reservation was CONFIRMED.
Once I arrived at the check-in desk, I was informed the PODS were not available and I would have to stay in a regular resort room which I had no other choice because we had flown into a foreign country and I had nowhere else to stay. I was then offered a free 7-night stay at the actual place I reserved by way of a certificate once I checked out that had to be used within a year. I accepted and went on my way to attempt to enjoy my vacation. Upon checkout, I was told the reservation team is off (not working the weekends) and they would e-mail the certificate to me.
After contacting the lead butler, he assured us the certificate would be sent to us and not to worry. I checked out Saturday DEC 7 2024 and I still have not received the certificate but the couple we traveled with did because they were forced to stay at Zoetry (across the street from Dreams) the same day.
