We loved our stay at The Alexander. It’s quiet & off the beaten path, but a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit—Wimberly, Austin, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, etc. Our cabin was super cute & perfect for our family. The outdoor space was really nice as well. Highly recommend!

It was so quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the patio. Owners are very nice. Close to town with nice shops and fun entertainment. My only suggestion is to bring an extra blanket as it only had a bedspread and I will bring my own pillow next time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway in the Texas Hill Country

We stayed in the Lucky Star cottage, and it was the perfect getaway for us - quiet, relaxing and beautiful! Our dog and our girls loved playing in the front yard area, and we loved looking up at the clear sky and the stars at night. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the Alexander on our anniversary getaway. We got a call the week of asking if we’d like an upgrade. We got upgraded to the Charlie and it was perfect. Quaint, warm, and just right.

This property was great!! I did not know when I booked it that it was a wedding venue. There was a wedding on Saturday but our cottage was far enough removed that we were not inconvenienced at all, and neither was the wedding party. There are several small cottages scattered around the property. They are detached and very private. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a private, romantic getaway.

When we arrived, there was no one in the office so we called. The guy told us they really were not ready to book off of Expedia, which wasn’t our fault. Made us feel unwelcomed. But.... we stayed in the “M” tree house room. The room was impeccable. Had everything we needed. The deck in the trees was so cool. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
