Old charm

The stay was comfortable, a bit noisy at times due to front doors needing repair but overall enjoyed the stay. Shower was small and door would get in the way. Rating was due to building needing some touch ups and repairs.

Room needed renovating. Bath area had major flaws and caused water to leak. The worst part was the wifi. Being a tourist, we rely on hotel wifi so we don’t waste our cellular data. I let teh hotel know the wifi was at a very low signal. They said they would reset it. I don’t know if they did. They told me the next day they did l, but the signal was still awful. I gave up on telling them. Just couldn’t wait to leave.

Convenient, modern, clean—would recommend!

The only downside of this hotel is that there are some sketchy stretches in the streets around the Termini station. But DO NOT let that stop you from staying here. Super convenient for an early airport train, even their small room was roomy, modern, clean and quiet. What I always hope a hotel will be. Very friendly 24-hour front desk. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels near Termini, but this was better than any of them, hands down. I’ll stay here any time I come back to Rome and need a place near the station.

Hotel Morgana is located at a very nice distance from all historic and touristic locations and facilities Rome has to offer, without being disturbed by the noise of the crowd. Also, the personnel was very helpful and kind. This counts for the reception, as well as their staff for breakfast (which is very delicious and abundant of choices). Lastly, the room was very clean, sophisticated, and had no broken items or things. In conclusion, I would advise a stay in hotel Morgana to enjoy your trip to Rome.

I had a great stay at Hotel Morgana

I stayed there with my 2 small dogs for 4 nights. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great... lots of options. NB: they do not have parking but i was able to secure street parking in front of the hotel for Eu 8/day. NB: it is not the safest area at night if you're a love traveller, especially female.

The room was quite small but adequate for two. It was well furnished but did have a few dents and scratches here and there but overall it contained everything that we required and the maids did an excellent job of maintaining it on a daily basis. My only grievance would be with the bathroom it was just too small and was hard work to manoeuvre around. We had to sit on the toilet at an angle due to the basin being directly in front of it and then squeeze through the tight gap on the opposite side of the basin in order to enter the shower cubicle which was also very small. The staff were very polite helpful and attentive so can’t fault them whatsoever.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There were two elevators serving the building. The room was clean but once you open the window to say hello to Rome, instead, you get a view of an old building with clothes hanging to dry and trash! The AC controller in the room was old and its on-off switch was broken. Overall, our room was nothing compared to the photo posted! The included breakfast was very diverse and delicious and the restaurant staff showed great hospitality and was prompt.

Lovely stay in Roma!

When we arrived early they were kind enough to let us store our luggage. We returned in the afternoon and were sent to another building down the street. I was a bit skeptical at first. Apparently this is a new remodeled room. We arrived to the room and it was actually better than expected. Cute balcony view. Upgraded shower. We were impressed. This hotel is close to the train station however quite a distance from the sightseeing. First night we walked m and the rest of the time we took taxis. About 10 to 15 euros a trip. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was yummy too!

I sacrificed my entire non-refundable $3,300 reservation at Hotel Morgana to not stay at this property during my stay in Rome. The hotel location is very sketchy - not safe at all. Very dirty part of town where I wouldn't dare walk in the evening. The hotel itself is in dire need of maintenance- warm mini-fridge, peeling wallpaper, damaged walls, an TINY Rooms. I know this is Rome but we're talking MICROSCOPIC. The unhelpful and unfriendly staff at the front desk won't help you with anything (including finding a cab service, which they call "Tricky in Rome" and shrug their shoulders beyond that). This place's lobby is OK, but the rooms, location, and staff are in BAD shape. So bad that as I stated, I sacrificed my non-refundable $3,300 pre-payment to go stay at another property I found about 1 mile away that was not only cheaper, but was also cleaner, had more amenities, was a very nice & newly refinished facility, hd helpful staff, and a machine that called taxis for us. Hotel Morgana is a terrible joke you play on someone you hate and has the non-refundable fares to prove it. If you're sending your worst enemies or in-laws to Rome, I recommend Hotel Morgana.
