A beautiful hotel! Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A bonus is the historic Villa Reale de Monza is just across the street. The tour is well worth the time. Shopping and dining is just a 15 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We loved this hotel. Very well located, just 10 minutes walk from the center of town. The staff super nice and kind, from the front desk to the housekeeping and the restaurant. We had a great experience. The bed was very comfortable and the room always clean and spacious.

Great hotel and outstanding hospitality.

It was a fabulous hotel with simply the best service. They hotel staff are just so warm and accommodating. Maurizio (and his colleague in the morning)at the front desk went out of their way. Breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are quirky old style ostentatious but very comfortable. Shame it was just a night stop to Tuscany and we didn’t stay longer.

The most friendly and attentive staff I have ever encountered. They are always so kind and willing to help. There isn’t anything they won’t help you with. The Derby Grill is excellent. Our server, Roberto, was OUTSTANDING! The bartenders, staff, front desk, everyone was stellar. Would definitely stay again given the opportunity. The down side?? The stairs and elevators are a little confusing! But not a big deal. Thanks!

Grosse Déception de la chambre.

Déception pr cet hôtel qui se veut de luxe ´ La chambre 309 à côté de l ascenseur on entend les bruits aller/retour non stop , ainsi que le voisin au téléphone. La salle de bain est minuscule je fais 58kg 170cm , ne pas être enveloppé pour passer entre la douche et le lavabo! Douche cabine minuscule on se cogne partout! Trop petit !! Petites bouteilles plastiques pr gel douche changées ts les jours peu écolo. Chambre plutôt austère . Le service par contre est nickel . Très facile de se garer à côté .

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Service und sehrbsufmerksamen Personal. Sehr stilvoll, antique Einrichtung und moderne Technik sind perfekt kombiniert, gute Parkplätze inkl. 2 E-Ladesäulen, Frühstücksraum im Wintergarten, sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Hotelzimmer mit Fotos vom Monza Circuit und von Rennfahrern, großes Badezimmer, sehr gut regelbare Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Lage gleich neben der Villa Reale und am Monza Park, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tivemos um problema no check in. Chegamos às 9:30pm, e o atendente não autorizou que sentássemos no restaurante e nem que pedisse algum room service. Após um dia de viagem tivemos que ir na rua procurar algo para comer. Um completo absurdo. A justificativa era que a cozinha fecharia as 10pm. Nem um sanduíche ou algum macarrão poderia fazer. Eu com a esposa e duas crianças com fome. Fico sempre nos hotéis da Leading e eventualmente quando não tem na rede do SLH. Isto não existe em lugar nenhum do mundo. Um completo absurdo.
