We had lots of trouble with their check-in/check-out system. We had stayed at NY-NY resort next door the night before (also an MGM company) and that system was great! (We were able to easily check-in, options for adding parking, late check-out, & option for maid service straight forward and easy). But the MGM Park system was impossible! Everyone seemed unable to make it work, so everyone was standing in line for "old-fashioned" checking. Then the parking pass did not work, and we were delayed while a parking attendant called us in). We had to stand in line again to get a replacement room/parking key, and then it did not work again. We again had to stand in line to get that replaced! What a mess, and with NY-NY systems next door a shining example of how to do it right. Go figure!? And NY-NY offered a simple "Self-check-out" BOX to drop your keys in! Now talk about simple! MGM-Park, guys.. take a walk next door to see how the other park of your company GETS IT DONE!
