The Good:
The Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room appeared to look clean upon entry, and definitely looked every bit of a luxurious experience.
It’s located directly across from the mall and near a variety of food places.
The Okay:
The bathroom shower is within a tub and the placement of the shower gels and shampoos are directly underneath.
The Bad:
The room smelled like stagnant water (or mold?).
The tub filled with water when the shower was running—despite the plug being up. Within 5 minutes, the tub was half-way filled.
The Ugly:
We were placed on the fourth floor. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, we heard music blasting in the hallway from one of the rooms. Since I was already told that the hotel was booked to the hilt—I knew we wouldn’t be able to switch rooms.
That music and loud commotion did not stop until late.
We were awakened at 2am by fighting—literal furniture moving fighting directly next door to us.
This went on for 10mins until we stepped into the hallway and said we’d call the police.
Overall: For the price of the hotel per night, I’d expect a way better experience and condition.
This has been, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced in years.
