We were staying as part of a 2 night getaway and thought to treat ourselves to a suite. We planned on spending more time in the room relaxing. However the room let us down, the room is dated, the decor is very poor, kitchen cupboards were painted in brown and had a tacky feel, the bathroom is worse with tiles badly painted over, and bathroom walls in a horrible yellowing paint. It wasn’t a great space to relax in. It was clean, quiet, the location suited us, parking was easy and ample, the staff were great, and the price point is good. We stayed in the 5th floors suites, the room is big and the breakfast was a solid 7 out of 10 Would I rush back, no, the room was a let down. Many other hotels in the area offer a similar price point, I’d try those first.

The hotel was just what we needed that night - a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay as we visited Greensboro for a family gathering. Nice to have basic breakfast items and coffee to start the day. It had plenty of parking near the front entrance and was easy to access. The AC system was easy to adjust so that it was not too overpowering and kept the room comfortable. In some hotels the HVAC system can be hard to adjust well.
