Great place !

Excellent hotel location. The bathrooms are huge and modern for Italian standards. The breakfast has many options and was good. We were 5 in our group and got 2 rooms and were very comfortable. Best of all, the front desk were always so cheery, helpful and made our stay so great. Will definitely stay here again! Love this place!

The front desk girl was so helpful when my son got sick. The night person helped us get a taxi to take us to the hospital emergency room. Don’t ever go to ospedale di santo espiritu. Worst experience ever. Hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of varied options.

Decent hotel. Smallish rooms but nice area and walkable to Vatican area sights. Decent buffet breakfast included. Unfortunately there was NO HOT WATER and they were unable to remedy the problem and didn’t offer a discount or new room. I never would have booked it for so much money had I known I wouldn’t get a decent shower.

The hotel is very expensive for the overall quality. Rooms are tiny without desk or closet. The sewage system is really old and it smells terrible. The wifi is instable. The location is the best, just 5 minutes from the Vatican and 7 minutes to the metro station. Breakfast was good.

The location is perfect, 10 min from train station, Ottaviano, 6-8 min from St Peters Basilica and St Angelo’s and lots of food choices to eat.Bus stop 81 is also 3-5 min walk. The reception are friendly, the room is roomy( family of 4) and the aircon is fab. The breakfast buffet is ok but the same daily and theres no hot breakfast which is normal in Europe I think. We stayed for 5 nights and the only downside is you pay additional for the tax when you arrive which costs us another 115 euro. We found Jollibee which is good for chickenjoy only 6-8 min walk from the hotel. We booked a return journey through SIT bus to and from Fuimicino airport which is around £6 and is about 15 min walk from the hotel. The area was safe and we even stayed during Young Adults Jubillee week.

I made a reservation 3 months in advance, paying in advance with no refunds. The day I arrived, they told me I couldn't stay because the hotel was full. They then sent me to another hotel for one night. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't accommodate me. I had to return to the Olympic Hotel. They apologized and sent me to a different hotel, where they finally accommodated me. The internet connection was terrible. I think you could get a much better deal for that price.
