Traveled to ATL for the weekend for the Phillies game. Picked the hotel for the breakfast, pool and price.
Breakfast- only a few selections, and couldn’t be taken back to the room to my son. Was told I would be charged the $60 deposit if I did.
Pool- is there, but no water. Was advised by the front desk they don’t advertise a pool, but it’s clearly on the site.
ATL got rain/storms earlier in the day and when we finally got to the hotel and room, the popcorn ceiling texture was falling in the room, the floor by the AC was soaked. When we packed up to leave in the morning, there were bugs crawling on the wall.
When we presented this to the front desk, he said he would advise his manager to see what they could do, meanwhile documenting nothing on the system.
