Comfortable pleasant room. Clean. Attentive staff apart from the Barman who needs to smile... No coffee/tea/kettle in room. Excellent range of foods for breakfast. Great Gym attached to hotel for free. Good location. 15 minutes walk from Zentrum. 5 minutes walk from Ralf Harbig Stadion to see Dynamo Dresden. 5 minutes walk from big park. Tram stop right outside the front of the hotel.

There was no air conditioning, very shocking for a "4 star hotel". Wouldn't stay here had I known but didn't think I had to check. There was still 10 minutes before close for the restaurant but they wouldn't serve us so we had to order to the hotel. Stay somewhere nicer.

Der Speck war bisschen zu zäh beim Frühstück, Zimmerreinigung nicht täglich bzw. nur auf Wunsch und extra Gebühren für Pool, Sauna und Bademantel.. bei den Zimmerpreisen dürfte das gern noch inklusive sein, denn die 5€ sind dann wohl eher obligatorisch. Zumal man sich die Sauna mit Menschen aus dem Fitnesstudio nebenan teilt und der Pool inkl. Whirlpool auch zu kalt sind zum entspannen geschweige denn für Kinder geeignet (dafür ist er auch zu klein). Parkgebühr von über 25€ am Tag sind frech, wenn man für 8€ an der Straße parken kann. Aber alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau.. unterm Strich ist das Angebot großartig, der Service toll und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Frühstück mit Belästigung durch viele Raucher

Ich habe das Hotel nur zum Übernachten und zum Frühstück genutzt, daher sind meine Angaben nur sehr eingeschränkt. Der Scheck-In war sehr gut, der Scheck-Out etwas bescheiden. Das Zimmer hat entsprechend des Gebäudes ein Charme der 80er Jahre erfüllt. Die Steckdose am Bett funktioniert nur, wenn man das Licht im Schrank einschaltet. Am unangenehmsten war das Frühstück, da es auf der Terrasse auch 2 Stehtische gab, die speziell für die Raucher aufgestellt wurden. Es ist schon eine Zumutung, wenn man am Frühstückstisch sitzt uns von allen Seiten der Zigarettenqualm das Frühstück verdirbt. Hier sollte eine andere Lösung für die Raucher gefunden werden.
