Check-in attendant was like a prison security guard, sternly unfriendly. Never told us there was a boil order & to not drink the water. Fortunately we had brought our own. Also did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Place needs maintenance like crazy but unfortunately probably gets a once over to get by. Seating in eating area should be replaced. Tables are nicked up. Actual items available for breakfast more than most places. Lady attendant again not friendly & was unaware she serviced area by blocking guests from getting food. No microwaves in rooms. No ramps at rear exits. Sheets were a bit itchy like they used a harsh detergent but liked the shampoo, conditioner , lotion & shower gel line provided. Only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths & 2 hand towels. We had booked 2 nights & asked for towels to be renewed & that didn’t happen. I retrieved new towels myself at front desk. I don’t know why Hotels.com asks if there are any special requests. Ms. Unfriendly on check-in says they do not get those requests-tho it showed on my receipt. Main floor, quiet room were our requests. We got a 4th (top floor) floor room in the middle of the hallway. Had to wait constantly for the elevator. Like everywhere it seems this place needs more or better yet, better employees.
