Do NOT stay here and beware third party bookings
My room was very dirty when I checked in. When I asked the front desk, they said there was nothing they would do. Since I booked this on Hotels.com, they would not refund my stay or move me to another room. The room was SO gross (stained sheets, hair in the bathroom etc) that I choose to go find another hotel to stay the night.
When I tried to call HOTELS.com, I could never reach a real person. I also attempted to resolve it online with the hotel and HOTELS.com with NO resolution at all. I ended up paying for a dirty hotel I did not stay in!
I will no longer use HOTELS (which makes me so sad since they were such a solid company before).

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! This is a very disgusting and horrible hotel, as if we were living in a prison. The front desk manager has a very bad service attitude. He yells and scares guests. Whoever stays here will regret it!

Worth the stay
Overall I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very limited and mostly stuff that's bad for you (waffles, cereal, pastries, some fruit) but it was easily accessible and consistently open right at 6. I stayed in the second building, which I believe is an old repurposed warehouse. It definitely doesn't feel like a "normal" hotel room when you first see the bare concrete walls, but I ended up liking it. AC worked great and I'm always happy to see a fridge and microwave. Laundry machines were pretty inconvenient; $3 in quarters only required and only two sets of washers and dryers on site. The room was mostly clean but there were a few spots where I noticed some remnants of the previous visitor(s). Nothing serious. For the price I'd say it was worth it.

The bathtub was moldy. We didn't get hot water in shower... Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Okay for price
The staff were always very helpful and kind. The facility itself is a bit strange. Felt very Fall Out Shelter vibes. It’s definitely not renovated or newish. Things feel old. However, it is clean. Plenty of outlets in the room. Room has a moist musty smell?Noise level is okay. Sometimes you can feel/hear the train go by. Not super loud like some places but also not super quiet. The breakfast spread in the morning is very basic and minimal.

They're were drawing on the outlet. The HVAC was leaking onto the carpet inside the room for those three days. I kept getting my sock wet and I had to place a towel.

We got in and got to our room and settled in, headed out to get food and realized our door was on crooked or not sealed. As in the picture you could see through the top and the side of the door. We got moved into a new room and there were chips on the counter like the room hadn’t been cleaned.

Worst customer experience by Manager
We had already been in the room for over 30 days. We talked to the front desk and spoke with the manager and one of the front desk agents. They agreed to letting us stay for another couple weeks and was told that we could pay in the afternoon after work. We get a call in the afternoon saying that we needed to get our stuff and needed to leave. We had to leave early to come and talk to the manager. Manager said that didn't realize that we had been in the room that long (even though we talked about it a few different times). Worst customer experience I have ever had.

Not the best
The toilet was clogged, the room smelled like someone sprayed air freshener in the AC unit, the bed was uncomfortable. We booked this room to allow my boyfriend to get a good nights sleep since he works nights for construction and we decided we’d just head home instead. We stayed a total of two and a half hours if that.

Where is My Refund? Trip canceled!!!!!!
This trip never happened. Their employee accidentally canceled my trip which costed me $1400 which I still have not been refunded to my account $1000 on a gift card which now I am homeless so I don’t know where you’re going to send it and over $390 back to my bank account. This was their fault they told me they sent Hotels.com the money. The property sent Hotels.com my money and you have not refunded me my money please contact me ASAP. I need my money and it was all their fault. Also, it took 7 to 10 business days thus to get it to me which it still has not gotten to me and it’s been 10 business days. I am very upset.
