The location was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean, hot breakfast was a bonus. Safe and clean place to stay.

Bed was comfortable but room could have had some up dating for curtains were coming off the window shower was well wornen out but overall it was a good place to stay

Third floor smells like cigarettes/smoke. Both elevators need maintenance, button for fourth floor doesn't work well in either elevator. I was scared the elevator on the right was going to stop or something, sounds weird. Upon arrival, bathroom mirror had a crack, crooked sink head, can't change the shower head output to adjust water pressure, a towel had a hair. The A/C unit was dirty and you can't adjust it nor turn it off (it was very cold). There was a *red* stain on the wall. The phone was dusty and dirty. I didn't have the breakfast, but looked typical, with sausage from a box. You can hear a lot sound from the hall in the room. Door is very thin. You can hear children yelling/running in the morning. Can also hear loud convos/laughs from the housekeeping staff in the mornings... many guests speak Spanish... we know what they are saying... Pro: bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice and seemed clean, cute toiletries. The hotel as a whole needs an update. You can tell it is a 2 star hotel. It has a lot of potential to actually have a luxurious vibe. I think the pictures are a bit of a grab and show the hotel to be more luxurious than it actually is. The hotel has some items that look fancy (like the eating area, the bed, the bathroom), but others that aren't (the A/C, the elevators, the doors). Decent to stay at if just for sleep. Location is good, has lots of food places and shopping near by. Overall decent condition, but not the best as expected.
Hair on towel.
Crooked towards the edge of the sink, wouldn't move to center. Hard to wash hands.
Mirror cracked. (I took a video, hence the awkward screenshot).
Dust and lint build up in the vents on A/C. This is notable in person.

Indigentes al rededor del Hotel
No tiene personal de seguridad en el turno nocturno, los indigentes locales se colan por la puertas laterales y persiguen a los huéspedes en las noches. El lugar se ve nuevo pero a la misma vez se ven los detalles de viejo.

The staff was unbelievably rude and not accommodating whatsoever! I checked in very late, around midnight. The night staff was just a single guy alone and he had such an unfriendly cold The 4th floor button didn’t work so I had to go to third floor and walk to the 4th room was dirty&disgusting.the bathroom light didn’t turn on& the switch was all busted it looked like it had been punched , it was cracked& broken. I called front desk and explain said I had no light in the bathroom & he said if I wanted to switch rooms I could but wouldn’t be two beds. I didn’t care about that it was just not really something I wanted to do so late but while on the phone I got the button to work & lights to come on so I stayed and went to bed. First bed I pull the blanket back & there’s a huge splattered blood stain, hardly could even sleep in the other bed after, rust stain in shower, walls were dirty, stains on furniture. The part I’m offended& mad over is at breakfast the little entitled mean girls that work mornings rudely asked in front of everyone at b fast for my ID and what room I’m in, I said 421 and was told I’m trespassing it’s not taken by any guests, gave her my ID and after she saw and believed I was a paid guest walked away saying no unregistered guests and your room can’t smell like drugs loudly in front of everyone again,I was livid, embarrassed &ready to go. Judgmental and horrible service! Mycousins came to pick me up and we’re inside the lobby & told they were trespassing ..

Wyndham properties, reasonable. Great staff.
When needing a hotel I generally look for Wyndham properties. I had a 6 day stay here in Aurora, Colorado from 9/12/24 thru 9/18/24. This was my sixth stay at a Wyndham property. One in Irving, Texas. Four stays in San Angelo, Texas. And one here in Aurora, Colorado. Never had a problem. This stay was slightly different. I had been informed of the events taking place in Aurora before leaving. I didn’t let that bother me and had no desire to change my hotel arrangements. Access to public transportation is directly across from the hotel. Homeless individuals passed the hotel continuously. I never had any interaction with any of them. But the staff did. Returning to the hotel on the night of the 14th, A homeless man had broken both of the glass doors in the main entry and one window in the dining area. Glass was scattered all over the foyer, lobby and part of the dining area. Which made the entry and dining room unusable and unsafe. This upset me greatly and I couldn’t just go to my room! The receptionist was cleaning up the glass with little success. So, I took over so he could attend to other matters. I got his broom and the cleaning staff cart with the mop and took care of business before anyone else would see the damage. No one checked in during that time, but one other customer came to the desk and saw the lobby. I apologized to the cleaning staff the next morning for dirtying up their mop bucket water. Overall, I’ll probably stay there again. Take care of Jonathan.

There appeared to be some construction going on. That made it to be a tad bit noisy. I did not feel that the staff were very friendly.

Will never stay at a La Quinta hotel again
This hotel is in major need of a renovation. Carpets have the smell of urine, the elevators are very unreliable and the overall condition of the hotel is poor. In addition, my wife had a custom designed bracelet taken from our room. Our first room the toilet did not work and we were told that we would be relocated to another room later in the day. We had a do not disturb placard on our door so that no one would come in until we are ready to move to the new room. Wow! We were away from the room. Housekeeping came in and made up the bed and provided new towels. This is very obvious that someone came in the room while we were gone. Athis point that my wife noticed that bracelet was missing. We reported the incident to the front desk. They said that they are very confident that none of their staff would have taken the bracelet. We searched the room twice to see if the bracelet may have been misplaced but we were unsuccessful in locating the bracelet. I even offered a $200 reward with no questions asked if the bracelet were returned. This hotel has a large number of homeless around it and at times it is unsafe to walk outside. Our overall experience at this hotel was not acceptable. We did file a police report and I contacted Wyndham hotels to tell them of the incident. I am still awaiting a response to find out if anything will be done to reimburse us for either our hotel stay or reimbursement for the cost of the bracelet. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit to Denver.

There’s nothing to eat or restaurant within walking distance. You have to drive everywhere when I checked in and got it the first room it’s smelled really bad like it was moldy when I went downstairs and asked them to change room. I asked if they had a walk-in shower the girl says none of the rooms have walk-in showers End up changing rooms she gave me room a walk-in shower people don’t even know what they have was actually very nice. Overall the staff was very nice, but I would not recommend this hotel to meet. It was too inconvenient.
