We didn't even get to stay. I did the pay at hotel option. Obviously I pay at hotel well they charged my card and it was denied and they cancelled my reservation and gave my room away. They said if there was an error to call them if it was a mistake. But they already gave my room away within the 10 minutes I got the email and called. Them I invited my card info wrong so it was an easy mistake to fixed but we never to the chance I also sent three emails non of which I received a response from. It's a nice hotel but we always have some kind of problem. Last time they charged my card double and we have to get that fixed
