Worst hotel ever. We turned our keys in and left

Infested with bugs. Trash was left in the room from previous guests and bed was not clean. The hot trash was collecting maggots, flies, and fruit flies and the room was literally infested with them. They had no water and oversold the rooms as well. It smelled TERRIBLE and was also very potent with the smell of cigarettes

The pool was closed, the tv did not work, the gym was closed. There were a ton of fruit flies in the room, the headboard was falling off the wall, the roll away bed was filthy. The breakfast was waffle machine and toast. The rooms do not match the picture.

The overall conditions of our room and hotel in general were absolutely disgusting. Outlets not working, messy floors, water not working, check in took forever due to only having 1 working computer and our bags were gone thru amd moved by the "cleaning crew." I felt very unsafe and uneasy about about my family staying here.

We were supposed to stay Friday night and Saturday night but decided to leave before because the room was making us feel sick there was obvious mold in the room my daughter got sick from it would never recommend this hotel although the staff were very nice

Dirty and poor maitenance.

Genuinely felt like i was staying at the local traphouse. Police were swinging by every other night, broken bottles by the front entrance, and im 100% theres people living there. The cleanliness of our room was simply disgusting. The carpet was so dirty that when we would shower, the floor would be black. Our particular shower handle was broken and the shower head stuttered. Additionally, the breakfast was essentially non existent, leaving us nothing but mediocre instant coffee. Would not recommend this hotel whatsover, please seek out different options. also, this place was pet friendly had a dog across the hall barking all night.

This place does NOT match the photos they have posted. Place was completely unclean, the smell of the room knocks you in the face soon as you walk in. There was bodily fluids on the box spring cover, the bed was broken, the door was bent inward on BOTH sides like it had been kicked open, you could see through the cracks where the seal should have been on the side and bottom. The lock didn’t work. There was decaying food in the freezer. Stains all over the couch chair lamps, you name it. It was filthy. There was fleas inside the room. The carpet was sticky and felt wet from how dirty it was.. was told no other rooms were available and since I booked through a third party they could not issue refund or edit reservation. I ended up asking for cleaning products to clean it myself but even then it didn’t do much good. Asked house keeping to come deoderize the place, they never came. They never even got their cleaning products back but clearly they don’t use it in the rooms anyway. I was truly mortified when we walked into the room. Idk how that place is even still operating, it should be condemned. Even the clerk said the suites are rented out and used mainly for nothing but PARTY ROOMS. And all the other suites would be just as bad. Definitely NOT a family friendly place at all to stay with your children and unless you want to risk taking home communicable diseases and bugs.

This place was a nightmare from the start. The lady who checked us in was rude and sketchy. Kept walking away saying “it’s that time”. As for the room.. it was a train wreck. We opened the door and you were hit with the worst smell you could imagine. It was musty in the room. The floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed before we arrived. The bathroom was so dirty we didn’t even feel that we could shower and definitely couldn’t shower our children. And to top it off… the fridge was full of half drunken drinks. To believe they make you pay a $50 incidental fee it’s absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We will 10000% be asking for a FULL refund.

Well the 1 bedroom room that we reserved was not available when we got there so they put us in a room with 2 beds in the living area. For some families that is ok, but due to medical reasons this is not ideal for our family, had we had another option to stay somewhere else last minute we would have taken it. The next day they go to give us a room like what we reserved, we went and looked at it, opened the door and it smelled horrible, then the area where our daughter would have had to sleep was on a couch bed which would have been ok, but it was nasty looking, dirty blackened arm rests, over all the new room was so discusting we decided we were better to stay one more night in the room we had inspite the fact we were all sleeping in the same area. Never again will we stay there. Oh I wish I had seen the hotel reviews prior to booking. The power outlets most did not work, so no charging phone or devices, the cealing was pealing where it had leaked, the heat/air room temp thing by the window looked like it had blackened dust balls where it just gets wiped clean and not actually cleaned all over, the cable tv was also out on some of the channels and according to one guy staying there it had been out either 1 or two weeks. Only good thing I can say is there was no bed bugs in our room and yes I checked. Our family will NEVER stay there again and if leaving and finding another hotel last minute was an option in our circumstance we would have done that. Never Again!!

Upon arrival they said they had no rooms available. After 20 minutes of going back and forth with them. They did have a room available. 2 double beds instead of our original 1 king bed. We didnt care and took the room. The room had no towels, dirty wash cloth in the tub and it was filthy. Wont be staying there again.

Room was in bad condition paint peeling off ceiling and door, carpet worn and frayed. Shower valve not able to turn off. No plates for breakfast 2 days out of 5. Left a day early and was given a credit which was good.

Room was very outdated. Broken fixtures, stained matress, sticky floors, no soap, no hand towels, no trash can in the bathroom, had to lift the lid off the toilet to flush it,. I was charged 50 dollar incidental fee in case something happened like smoking in the room, but then I had burning eyes and congestion because of the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The only redeeming thing was the air conditioner worked well.
