While the hotel was clean and quiet, and overall comfortable, a few small issues kept our stay from being a full five-star experience.
1. Unfortunately, the alarm clock in our room went off unexpectedly at 6 a.m. This woke up our two toddlers after a long day of travel, which made for a rough start to the morning. In the future, I’ll definitely be checking the alarm clocks as soon as we check in, but it would be helpful if housekeeping reset them between guests.
2. The internet-connected TV was frustrating to use. There were no clear instructions provided, and the password listed didn’t work—so we weren’t able to access the features, which was disappointing.
3. I also inquired about the courtyard that was mentioned in the listing, but was told it’s not actually available for guest use. That felt a bit misleading.
Overall, the stay was fine, but these small inconveniences added up and impacted the experience.
