The the best Extended Stay motel.

This is my new best place to stay at when visiting chicago. The room was incredible it was very clean when I closed the door I couldn't hear anything so very quiet. It's close to shopping but in a residential area. And their price was very competitive. The kitchen was well equiped.

Room was clean and suited us well for our 5-day stay. We were moving my daughter into her apartment and needed the room space to store all her things prior to apartment move in. The kitchen area has just a few plates, bowls, utensils, etc., but it was sufficient for us. Overall very clean and the staff took good care of us.

Quaint and Cozy

This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s in a good suburban location, safe and near major malls and expressways. The fireplace is always a bonus. Kitchen has everything you need. Spacious, but the toilet / shower area is tight and needs to be updated. Otherwise the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Sonesta Lombard review

Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet environment near many restaurants, shopping and easy access to highways. No coffee cups and when requested one, did not receive it. Dinnerware and utensils seemed to have been raided by previous guests. Otherwise, very nice stay.

The overall stay was ok meanwhile there were no hotel staffs. So we couldn’t get any towels or anything during our stay. And during check out time the hotel was closed with no one there to accommodate our needs. The sheets were dirty and all. Only thing was clean is the carpet.

It was nice to have a kitchen with some cookware and dinnerware. The first TV I had did not have the cable channels included as advertised, so they needed to replace the whole dresser to replace the TV. Carpet didn't seem to be very clean, as it felt like there was some film or something in it whenever I walked around. Staff was friendly and helpful though, I would stay there again if needed.

This hotel was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. I had my wife and kid with me and we instantly walked out and went to a different hotel. They didn’t want to give me a refund either even though I did not stay in. The bed had no sheets, pillows where yellow, the shower had no curtain, the kitchen was so nasty and dirty, the toilet had poop stains all over and there was barely any toilet paper. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I understand I would be charged for the day I didn't show up, but Expedia and the hotel would not refund the rest of the stay. I ended up having to pay DOUBLE for the stay. The property was nice, what I didnt like there was a vaseline bottle under the bed , whereas the cleaning people didnt get from the last visitors. The property is pet friendly, but there was a guy with a dog that was barking like crazy when he brought the dog out for a walk, did not appreciate that.I also did not like the fact that I wanted to check out and was not able to due to payment is non refundable. One more thing I wanted a loftbut qas not aware that they're only available for 1 week stays.

We were in town for business. When getting to the hotel there a note on door saying hours are Monday thru Friday 8 to 4. If checking in after hours please call a number. We called the number & the lady that answered was very nice & friendly. There were three of us & the room was for 4 people. There were no extra blankets, towels items for the kitchen. We called the number again & someone else answered & said that’s not our problem our hours are only Monday through Friday 8 to 4. Plus they didn’t mention when making reservation that they were now apartments.

I was given a late check out before the normal check out time the staff knocked on the door three times. They came back a total of six times before the normal checkout time and before my late check out. The guy was adamant at the door saying he had a change of filter I told him I just got out of the shower and for him to come back in 15 minutes. He was rude and proceeded to make his way in.
