They changed us to a cheaper property two weeks before our stay without providing a refund (We booked months in advance). The new property smelled like urine, had black mold in the showers, and very little lighting. The only positive was that it was a good location, so we were often leaving in the morning and back late in the night - staying in this property for any period of time beyond a few hours is bound to cause health issues. Good luck!

Les communications avec Homing Office sont très difficiles. Le téléphone ne répond pas . Bien que le personnel dit de communiquer sur whatsapp, ils ne répondent pas non plus sur cette application. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés , un cadre était déjà tombé à terre. Nous avons essayé de les joindre pour leur expliquer la situation et leur demander de ne pas nous charger les frais pour cet incident qui n’est pas de notre responsabilité et je n’ai jamais été capable d’obtenir la communication. Je ne recommande pas l’endroit .

Group of 5 stayed in this appt. Awesome location close to everything lots of stairs to get from metro and to appt on third floor Clean sheets clean towels however coming apart /towels and sheets ripped/. I wish owner leaves more than 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 people for 8 days also would be nice to have sponge and dish detergent to do dishes. I feel after long flight u have to go to the store and buy necessities . Picking up the keys was easy Marianna gave us exact directions how to get to airport by metro . Again place was clean bathroom needs work shower head was ripped off the wall but useable. Place needs little more upgrades and more stuff in kitchen if offers accommodation for 5. In general we made it work for that price 😊

Hyper décevant

Arrivée tardive à cause de retard d'avion. obligé de payer en liquide 50€ . la situation du logement est très bonne, centrale donc parfaite pour visiter. attention pour y accéder, c'est au 5ème sans ascenseur et c'est raide!! l'appartement est lumineux et spacieux. MAIS, au vu du coût de la location (environ 600€ pour 4 jours) il y a de nombreuses choses à souligner : baignoire hors d'age la limite de la rouille, vaisselle poignée four sale et grasse, une prise cassée avec fil apparent dans la salle de bain, les ventilateurs de climatisation/chauffage sont bruyants, manque des ampoules, Lave vaisselle HS donc impossible de faire la vaisselle car nous n'avions rien prévu d'autre, absence de pile dans les télécommandes, tapis sous la table à manger dégoutant (nombreuse taches) Nous sommes passés à l'agence Homing pour leur signaler tous ces points et en leur faisant part de notre insatisfaction. Nous avons demandé une compensation financière restée sans retour à aujourd'hui. en résumé passez votre chemin et trouvez un autre logement, ces entreprises ne sont pas là pour valoriser leur capitale.

Great location for exploring Lisbon. Large apartment with space to relax and fantastic views over rooftops to the castle. Great comms and easy check-in. Apartment super clean. Bathroom and kitchen are fine but could do with an update.

Our experience in the apartment was mostly good - it's in a good location, clean and spacious, and convenient to get around. The only detractor to the experience was that the WiFi wasn't working for the first day that we were there - even though they sent someone to fix it, we still had to be back in the apartment to let them in, which took time away from our vacation. That was a one-time thing though, I don't foresee this issue happening in the future to any future travelers!

The view from the room was amazing. The place was big and homey. The steps for floors 3 & 4 were shallow and, the floor boards in the landing had holes so you could actually see underneath. The water pressure in the kitchen and sinks were great but not the shower. It took a 2 full minutes to walk to the apartment. Again amazing views.. it should be listed as the 4th floor penthouse. You are in the heart of Lisbon. Would i stay again.. YES!

Ok. But no five star hotel,

The apartment was clean and roomy. The air conditioners worked well. The apartment is in a good area. However, we couldn’t get the sitting room open, the WiFi didn’t work until the second day, and the apartment is up five flights of stairs-no elevator. They say it’s only on the third floor because regulations in Portugal don’t allow for apartments with more than three (or maybe four) floors to go without an elevator. So they conveniently don’t count the landing stairs and the stairs to the top floor- where the apartment is located. Also, don’t drive there, to the district, which is called Chiado. You’ll get lost. Plus parking garages are very expensive. Opt for public transportation. Oh, I almost forgot, there is a code number to get in the building. The building key doesn’t work. They didn’t tell us that until we got locked out and had to call. Rather than apologizing they said they had given us the code, but we apparently forgot that ever happened.

Appartement spacieux, bien éclairé, parfaitement situé dans Lisbonne avec une vue imprenable sur la ville et le château. Nous étions cinq, deux adultes et trois enfants et tout a été parfait. Merci!
