L'hôtel Victor est très bien situé en plein centre de Beauvais sur la place de la mairie, possibilité de parking à proximité ; mais c'est le seul point positif. L'accès se fait par le bar, ou par un couloir encombré peu accueillant. La chambre demanderait un sérieux rafraichissement, il y a des manques de peinture, la fenêtre ferme mal, la crémone du volet est cassée, les fils pendent sous le téléviseur, la tête de lit a été enlevée, mais la peinture n'a pas été refaite, il y a dans le mur des trous de chevilles non utilisés. Il y a 2 chaises dépareillées et une table qu'il ne vaut pas mieux déplacer, au risque de trouver des amas de poussières. Les draps et les serviettes sont propres mais c'est tout. Le dimanche, il n'est pas possible d'avoir le petit-déjeuner avant 10h, c'est beaucoup trop tard, surtout quand on travaille ; heureusement le personnel du bar est agréable, c'est une maigre récompense.

Most basic of rooms over a restaurant in the town square. No elevator, four floors, steep and narrow winding staircase, nightmare with heavy luggage. No air conditioning, super small tv with only local channels Tight shower with no holder for the shower head. Bed low to floor with well worn mattress. No safety deposit for valuables.

Le restaurant est joli et la nourriture était bonne. La chambre est sur la place où les jeunes restent à jouer au foot jusqu’aux petites heures du matin et comme il n’y a pas de Clim ou ventilateur, il fallait garder les fenêtres grandes ouvertes. Les oreillers devraient être remplacés. On ne pouvait pas mettre nos valises dans la chambre avant 15h. Le patron (de salle) n’est pas agréable du tout - il dit pas un mot et m’a fait une tête quand je me suis excusée pour avoir renversé un peu de boisson. Les serveurs et serveuses étaient par ailleurs très aimables ainsi que le patron de cuisine. Je ne resterais pas dans l’hôtel mais très bon resto.

We were able to check in almost 3 hours before normal check-in time. We were upgraded to an apartment suit which was gorgeous! Only downside was all the extras were not up and running, we were there just for the night so was not an issue. When everything is up and running the apartment is going to be amazing down to the heated towel rack in the bathroom. If you❤️ to people watching then pull up a seat…. to any of the living room windows…… will not find a better location, people watching at its finest!! I could’ve stayed an extra day to do that alone!! I enjoyed my time more there than I did in Paris.

Les murs sont assez defraichis, la couleur du sol ne permet pas de savoir si celui-ci est propre ou pas. La couleur est bizarre, vieillotte. Le pommeau de douche est en mauvais état. On a l'impression d'avoir un arrosoir au lieu d'une douchette. Le matelas manque de fermeté. Le sommier vieillot. Les chaises sont inconfortables. Le seul avantage est l'emplacement de l'hotel. Très belle place, en plein centre ville avec toutes les commodités

It is a scam !! Don't book with this hotel !! I acknowledge that when I made the booking, I overlook the fine print of check in time until 10pm. ETA of my flight however was also 10pm which means that I would definitely miss the check in deadline. Upon receiving the booking confirmation and seeing that the check in is until 10pm, I immediately sent an hotels.com in-app message to the hotel asking for late check in. No response after a day, then, I sent a direct email, again no response. Then, I asked hotels.com to help and they made phone calls to the hotel. No one picked up the call either. So, after 4 days of no response from the hotel and on my side, worry and frustration, just hours before my flight, I decided to book another accommodation to ensure I have some place to stay and of course, my payment to them got forfeited. I have never come across such a ridiculous situation. Had they replied and said they would not accommodate late check in. I would have been fine. They simply ignore the messages, emails and phone calls which is totally unacceptable. Traveling always involves some unexpected situation and booking with hotels like this, the guests will be in deep trouble if there are exceptional circumstances.

Cet hôtel est au-dessus d’un restaurant qui est particulièrement agréable avec une très jolie déco, rénovée et beaucoup de caractère. Le contraste entre le restaurant et l’hôtel est donc énorme puisque dans la chambre que j’occupais, il n’y a plus aucune décoration ni aucun équipement. La télé ne fonctionne pas, il n’y a pas de table de nuit, ni de lampe de chevet, pas d’armoire, la porte de douche est cassée, il n’y a pas de pommeau, pas de lumière au-dessus de l’évier, etc…. Par contre, je souligne la propreté de la chambre et l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui donne sur la place principale. Cette chambre était normalement de qualité supérieure.

Pas de télévision. La pile de la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas je pense. Une personne devait monter me porter des piles. Elle n'est pas passée. J'ai mangé j'ai eu juste un petit ramequin de frites avec ma viande. La viande étais tendre et très bonne. La chambre était correcte. J'ai signalé à la personne le matin pour la télécommande. Elle m'a osait me dire que je ne savais pas m en servir.

Peu mieux faire !

Presonnel très agréable mais le gérant pas agréable auprès de ces employés, aucune confiance. La chambre était propre mais mérite un rajeunissement, surtout la sdb. Restauration et petit déjeuner correct. Très bien située. Les 2 chambres ont été encaisser avant notre arrivée alors nous avions besoins de paiement séparés !

Hôtel épouvantable : bruits car restaurant en bas, coupure d'électricité pendant 15 minutes, pas de wifi continue, sommier et matelas horribles. Pour les personnes qui souffrent du dos : on se réveille encore plus mal et, pour aller bosser après, c'est très dur ++ Pas d'eau chaude, ni ascenseur. Vétusté de l'hôtel. Évitez le !!

Außen hui, innen pfui. Sehr kleines und unangenehmes Zimmer, schmierige Ölfarbe an den Wänden, durchgelegenes Bett. Frühstück sollte um 7:00 Uhr sein, da war alles noch dunkel. Deshalb los zum Flughafen ohne jegliches Frühstück, für das am Vorabend 2 x €9.00 bezahlt waren. Outside great, inside bad. Very small and unpleasant room. Greasy paint, worn mattress. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am but there was nobody to serve anything. Therefore drive to the Airport without breakfast or coffee at cost of €9.00 per person paid the evening before.

Room OK, but up three flights of stairs, no lift, and a rather chaotic process of picking up the key. Good, central location.
