Our favorite place to stay for so many reasons. The pool & hot tubs are perfect temperature. Love the full gym; They have cold towels to bring in the sauna/steam room. Golf course is really nice. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. The water bottles with filtered water everywhere is so convenient.

I've stayed at this Hyatt numerous times, and it's always great until this visit. We heard our upstairs neighbor talking very loudly through the bathroom vent which was odd. I also take issue with the $20 daily parking fee + tax. There's no other parking areas nearby so you're stuck with it. pretty disappointing

Wish we had discovered this gem earlier as we have frequented Monterey for years. Comfortable resort, safe, wonderful staff - we loved staying at this Hyatt. Breakfast was delicious and hearty with wide selection - juicer was the hit for our family! We also brought our dog and she loved the amount of walking we could do to keep her busy. There was lots organized for kids and families - we were very impressed with this place. Highly recommend it!
