Unpleasant Stay
Upon arrival I went to my room to place my bags in and noticed that the restroom was unsanitized and dirty. I immediately went down within 5 mins of check in to inform customer service. She immediately took action to tell whom I assume was the manager. The manager appeared to be hesitant in responding but stated she would go up to take look at it. We left for dinner and returned about 5 - 6 hours later only to see the room had not been touched. I immediately called the front desk to inform them and was told housekeeping was not there. I advised that we would not be willing to stay in an unsanitary condition room. She did stated the only option was to move to another room but had an unpleasant attitude about it and said if you want the other room you need to come get the key because I’m deactivating the one you have. It was a total dissatisfaction to be placed in a dirty room, had to be moved at midnight after returning due to no action being taken with customer service having a not so pleasant attitude about it. Very unpleasant stay and we refuse to eat the breakfast since cleanliness didn’t appear to be important there.
