Everything from how beautiful the hotel is, to the shops and parking was amazing! The room was immaculate and the view was absolutely perfect! The hotel was busy but felt so inviting and spacious that you didnt ever feel overwhelmed. Absolute perfection from the steakhouse "Don's Prime". The service was beyond execptional. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone and it is my knew must stay hotel when in Vegas.

We had a King Room on the 11th floor and the room was wonderful. What wasn't so good was customer service. My partner discovered the hair dryer would not heat up. I discovered the water glass in the bathroom was cracked and had a chip lying next to it. We called housekeeping/customer service and requested replacements - it never came. We had breakfast in the room. We had obviously left the room for the day. When we returned that afternoon, the room had been cleaned but the dirty dishes had not been removed. We call about this and requested the dishes be removed. 4 hours later, they were gone. So, realistically, I could rate the room 4-5 stars. But, the little things that make a stay so much better, just wasn't there. Therefore, I've lowered my rating to 3 stars.

Very nice hotel. New. Disappointed 55 dollar resort fee per night added to the cost checking out. Not real good business not telling you that when paying what appears to be the total cost advertised and receipt given of total cost paid for. I have heard that it is the law in to tell you mf the fesort fees

We had the most wonderful stay at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and it was a very quick and easy check in. Our room was amazing and was cleaned promptly everyday. I seriously can’t wait to come back.

I stayed here for a conference, and it’s one of the best hotels in Vegas—comparable to the Aria. It’s new, clean, and my son, who’s really into fitness, said it’s the best gym he’s ever used (and he’s stayed at Trump, Hilton, plus has his own gym membership). The pools are really nice, large , water temp is perfect. We didn’t try the food, but the location was perfect—walking distance to the conference center.

I've stayed at all of the nicer hotels on the strip and was excited to try here. I enjoy the Miami location. The pools were refreshing with plenty of space, and the servers were very attentive.

Dirty Rooms!

Get ready for dirty rooms! Crumbs from previous guest everywhere to step on. Hair in shower and debris on bathroom floor. Worst of all blood or something in the window drapes!

The food and service at the pool were perfectly fine, and the location was very convenient. However, housekeeping fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed a bobby pin on the floor and confetti scattered throughout the room—clearly leftover from a previous guest. The shower was also missing shower gel. The following day, housekeeping did not replenish basic amenities like Q-tips. Additionally, the minibar appeared incomplete and disorganized, as if items had been overlooked during restocking.
