Poor customer service when there is an issue
Booked a trip for our wedding anniversary and had plumbing issues in the room. Customer service was terrible as to how they handled it. We had an issue with an intermittent leaky toilet that kept making noise every 10-20
Minutes and we reported to the front desk after one night of disturbed sleep and they didn’t fix it after we reported it and after a whole day they didn’t fix it as issue was still there when we got back at 10pm at night and they couldn’t even offer us another room or do anything for us. Then I followed up with the manager the same evening after I checked out and flew back home and she basically said since the next guest didn’t report the issue there’s nothing she could do. Are you kidding me - does she think I was just making this up!!? Given I’m a loyal Hilton honors gold member I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation including the manager on site. Had to follow up with them multiple times to even get a response!! Terrible that they treat their loyal customers like that and definitely wouldn’t stay there if you expect good customer service
