Valentin at the front desk was excellent, all our interactions by emails were extremely profesional and helpful. He was a big part of us having a great stay. Staff in general were really nice and helpful, at the bar, at the spa, the manager at the front office was excellent and made sure we felt special and happy. Wonderful hotel in PUERTO in MADERO. Excellent staff, facility, and location. Only one negative thing: if you stay on a lower floor facing the pool, there is a lot of noise from music until late at night. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Whilst the property is aesthetically pleasing it is otherwise lacking the details and service of a 5* hotel. Rollaway bed not ready when we checked in, we had to carry our heavy bags upstairs ourselves in our duplex room, TV not working, loud construction noises all morning and worst omelette and cappuccino. Minibar and services extortionately priced compared to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. We won’t be staying here again.
