The Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well.

The Courtyard Marriott was convenient. We went to a program at the Convention Center. We were able to walk to the convention center. We went to a restaurant across the street. The best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone from the Valet people , the front desk and the people at the cafe and the housekeeping staff, were so friendly and helpful. I love meeting people. They were so nice and talked to me. Kindness is everything. Thank you. .

The house cleaning can be a little more prompt with service, and it would be great to have more affordable food if a charge is applied. The front desk staff was courteous and kind and very attentive.
