Everything was good except the small toilets throughout the facility. The toilet in the lobby bathroom is supposed to be handicap accessible but with that small of a toilet it is too small and too low. Missing countertop in the room it was particle board.

Love the updated room decor and shower. The black out shade is very decorative and perfect to keep out light. A/c fan only did not work. The 1 elevator that did work had cardboard covering the walls with duct tape...scary.

Was disappointed to find out on second day that our room was not cleaned nor clean towels brought in. I would have appreciated that information told to us when checking in. This was first experience in not having a room cleaned daily. It was explained when we stopped at front desk inquiring about getting fresh towels. We have stayed here multiple times but again, it would have been nice to have that explained when checking in or booking on-line. Things that have been the norm in the past seem to change more and more.

We wanted a partial refund as we were on a floor totally under construction and my friend has bad asthma and had to use inhaler frequently due to wheezing and were told we had to get from refund from Expedia. They should have sent a warning for sensitive people as we would have cancelled! Such incredibly poor, thoughtless and inconsiderate business practice! I really hope you can GIVE us something back on this room as it was unbelieveable! (Couldn’t change rooms either as there were no other rooms on another floor.) Thank you, Teri Benton.
